I thought it was strange that the woman started watching something on her phone instead of coming over to start on my full set after she'd finished with her client. So now I'm thinking, oh he must be doing both pedi and full set. Imagine my surprise when he said he was all done . I asked, What about my full set? He then said that he'd asked if I still wanted the full set. I NEVER heard him ask me that! I'm like what made you think I didn't when I told you exactly what I was here for?! He called someone who told him that I'd have to come back at 3pm when they'd be back or I could come back another day. I was so outdone with him because he could have told me that from the beginning and I would've gone somewhere to get exactly what I wanted done. To make things worse I got to the car and realize he'd left polish smudged all around my toe nails and my feet were now ashy too ! I'll not be giving this place anymore of my money!

I heard that it's under new ownership and was eager to try. It's gorgeous inside. From the nail stations to the chandeliers hanging. It's very inviting. I was greated by the owners (Christie and Luis). Very nice. I was led to the pedicure area. Very comfortable chairs and I love the foot bowl isn't your traditional bowl. More like a soaking bowl. They have a variety of pedicure options. I chose the La Bella signature pedicure. Hubs also tagged along. He had the Deluxe pedicure. This was probably the most relaxing pedicure I've had! Very relaxing and thorough. I have no complaints about this shop. It was what I needed. My feet have that nice tingle feeling. If you're in the area (or not) give them a try! You'll love it!

I called Polished around 4:30 PM on a Saturday, and they were able to give me an appointment for pedicure only at 5:15 PM. The shop closes at 6 PM, so it definitely made sense that they couldn't fit in a manicure also. I arrived a few minutes early and was able to get checked in. They have comfortable couch seating for people who are waiting for service. My nail tech came to retrieve me and got started on my service pretty quickly. It was a wonderful pedicure experience, and they allowed me to sit at the drying table past closing time as they were cleaning the shop and finishing up service on a few other manicure clients. The staff was extremely friendly. They were offering up restaurant advice to several clients who were out of town, visitors, including myself. I learned that people are allowed to bring their own beer or wine into the nail shop to consume while getting serviced-- maybe be a helpful tip for someone. Also, this shop has Sunday hours, which is often not the case with nail salons.

He was booked up however so last month I went ahead and took whoever else was available since I didn't want to wait a whole extra year to treat myself. I booked myself and my party of 3 for both a mani and a pedi but they swear they didn't have us down for a pedi. Took some extra time but they did fit us in. So why am I posting this a month later for 1 star? I got gel tips that I've not been able to get off because the girl did them like acrylics. Not only did I tell her repeatedly during the process that they were hurting, but she was rushed and dismissive. Today I clipped them down because the grown out length was getting too annoying for me. Guess what? My nails started oozing out liquid gel polish. I wish I was exaggerating. I knew they were thick and looked odd but come on... Sorry Brandon, but even a good nail tech can't save this one. My nails still ache from the gel-chemical burns. I won't be back. There was no attention to detail, and it didn't feel relaxing at all--which is the whole point of getting a pedicure. What made it even worse was at checkout. As soon as we were done, she grabbed her things and rushed out of the store like she had somewhere else to be. It made it very obvious why my service felt so rushed in the first place. Overall, it felt unprofessional and not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're expecting a proper, relaxing pedicure experience.
