I visited Nail Paradise one month ago and had a good experience. I received a gift card for Nail Paradise and used it today. The service was not a pleasant as prior. Although walking through the door I requested a gel spa pedicure and gel manicure, I left with just a spa pedicure. The gel nail polish shown in the book did not quite match what was presented. I asked to change it twice because of that reason. Another nail tech assisted and told me firmly that this is your last change of mind. I was not ok with the color but went with it. I called an hour in advance for a service - soak off and gel manicure. This was my first and last time in this facility. I was quoted $45 for he entire service. Once I arrived, I was asked to sign in and wait. I was asked to see at one station then moved to another. As the nail tech began clipping my nails for the soak off, she used another tip to remove my previous set. After all nails were removed (using the nail tip), I was again quoted $45. I asked why if a soak off using product was not used. I was told that it was the same price regardless if removal process. The nail tech and I came to an agreement of $35 for the total service. She walked away from her station for a moment and came back with her manager. He manager (and owner) was very rude. She stated that I would be charged $45 for the total service. I said I was not comfortable with that given I had not received the service I had asked for. She said they would only charge $5 for the removal but the nail tech didn't want to continue service. I was okay with that because I had grown a little annoyed with the encounter as a whole. As we approach the counter to pay for the service, I was met with being antagonized. I asked her what he name was and she said "I don't have to give it to you". I took the attached photo and she put her hand in my face. The situation escalated, and another customer intervened. I paid the $5 for removal and left. Overall, I was met with aggression for no apparent reason. Came here for a polish repair on one toe. When I walked through the door, they asked me if I wanted a pedicure and I said no, just the repair, and I was told to come back tomorrow. I'm sitting in the parking lot and just witnessed another customer coming in and they're servicing her. So I wonder, was my service not enough for them to make money or was it the color of my skin? read more

Just moved to area and this was the closest nail salon. Tried them today for SNS mani and pedicure. I made an appt and was started on the pedi right away. The overall job was good, but tech put on a gel topcoat instead of regular and I realized once I got home the polish was still wet! I googled how to dry without UV light and put my feet in ice cold water for a few minutes. This helped, but polish is dull and one toe has a dent. I'm going out of town in the morning, otherwise I would go back for them to fix. The SNS mani was ok, but the lady who took care of me must've been the owner because she was answering the phone and helping customers as they came into the shop. I also had to wait 30+ minutes for her after my pedi. I paid extra to have my cuticles done and she used nippers and pusher stick from a box that were not sanitized and didn't dip them in alcohol or barbacide. They also don't wrap your nails individually to remove the old SNS, instead have you soak your fingers in acetone which is very drying for the cuticles! they charge $5 for the removal which would be fine if they wrapped them first. I will have to keep trying other nail salons in the area to find one I can be a loyal customer. read more

Horrible service. I went in for a french tip pedicure. As soon as I checked in they showed me to my seat and filled the water. However, I sat there for 40 minutes before deciding to walk out. Instead of having people wait be honest and upfront with the wait time. Dishonest and unprofessional service. Not to mention while I was waiting a woman was having issues with the nail techs working with her due to her nail color not being as advertised. Take you money else where. read more

I usually don't write reviews but this was an awful experience. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. I waited 30 minutes for someone to turn the water on. When someone finally came to attend me, he came in with an attitude like if he was annoyed. He cut my little toe and pretended like nothing happened or he didn't see it. Then he started my manicure and cut my middle finger because he got distracted by other's conversation. He applied liquid skin and left the bottle bloody for the next victim :( He didn't give a massage, polish my nails quickly and send me to the drying station so he can go out and get a smoke break!!! I walked in this establishment requesting a soak off- I picked all my nails off while I waited 15 minutes. I then sat down and called my best friend as soon as I sat down the call was exactly 7 minutes by the time I walked out-i did not have my hand in a single drop of acetone. No one told me the cost after doing my nails and they charged me $20 to buff out my nails and for me to wash my hands. I then called the establishment after leaving and the woman said a soak off is taking off with another nail tip and that they charged me $20 to rip off the last nail I had on my hand. I asked to speak to a manager she refused so I drove to the establishment and requested a manager and they then told me the manager had gone home for the night. I let them know I would be back tomorrow because not a single drop of acetone touched my hand the price was never disclosed and they charged me $20. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE DELUSIONAL. The worst pedicure I've ever had. Rushed, didn't polish but rather dropped blobs of polish on my toes. No base coat applied. 12 minutes from sitting down to the dryer and this included her cleaning the tub DURING my service. Got home and took a closer look and she didn't even paint the entire nail. Don't go here. Only a few ppl are good techs. Everyone else is older, can't paint, can't see and over charge. Not offense to older people but if the skill ain't there do t charge me for it. This is my second and last time going here. First, let me start off by saying Lynn was the only one who knew what she was doing. I'm glad she was there the other two ladies Tina and Lauren are HORRIBLE!!! Ms. Tina is co-owner with her daughter who was not there today. She started my pedicure but said she could not polish my toes until after I got my SNS fill-in. This doesn't make sense if you are already doing my pedicure why not finish me and then I go to the next person who knows how to do the SNS. The back and forth was ridiculous. Tina then tells Lauren to polish me, this apparently made Lauren mad as she was trying to figure out herself what Tina was asking her to finish. They had some words that did not appear to be nice between the 2 of them in front of me (very unprofessional). There was a young African American girl working there. Ms. Tina was so busy watching every move the girl made, she kept stopping during my pedicure. This was the worst I've seen. After waiting on Lynn to finish her client she polished my nails and finished my gel fill-in. I told her about my experience she was very nice and apologized.
