This salon is the worst! They are rude as ever, they rush you to do everything and get annoyed if you ask any questions about Your Nails that they are painting!!! I think they have forgotten that they are in the service industry!! I will never go here and will tell anyone who asks for a salon suggestion not to go here! I have been going to this Nail Salon for over 12years, Tammy is who I usually get to do my nails, but ALL of the ladies there are REALLY talented and take their time to make sure you get what you want. I also posted a few pictures of sets I've had done the last few months, they are all really creative and are really nice and friendly as well. Their prices are some of the best around, you don't pay an arm and a leg for plain French nails etc.. I can't give this place enough stars! Well. Needless to say my daughters prom nails are ruined. First time coming to this place and we will never go back. After ripping her nail down to exposing the meat this is where I draw the line. We now have to seek medical treatment due to the exposed skin and they acted as if it was no big deal and wanted to put a false nail on top of it. Um no. That's a huge Nono. Who does that. They argued and still made us pay $55 bc they didn't do one nail. Now mind you I never go here, it was a date with my grandma in law to get our nails done. But 1st I got there at 4 and didn't get seated til 5:30. Then the guy didn't even ask the length I wanted just cut them so I was like fine whatever, but as I was trying to tell him I wanted coffin shape he wasn't even looking at my nails while clipping the side. So they're all crooked. And he didn't even make sure the acrylic part filled my entire nail so it's halfway on halfway off my nail. And one hand is a completely different size and shape from the other. Now after all that I was really ready to leave!! But I also had asked 3 times to have my toes painted too but he ignored me and made me sit under the dryer for my hands. So I walked to find the manager ( his wife of course) and she finally painted my toes. Never going back!!!! I'll stick to elite spa & nails. read more

Every patron is willing to wait for the hour long spa pedicure for only $25, this includes the hot wax. Best pedicure there is! I came in for an S&S, they were busy, but they took me right away. The technician seemed kind, she began working at removing my old S&S and set my nails in a bowl of acetone to soak. Then a customer came in and she went to help them. Guys, 40 minutes went by, she never came back. NEVER! I finally asked what I owed and left. What a waste of 45 minutes of my life! read more

She tried to speak to one of the employees and they just looked at her like they couldn't speak English . . . . she kept waiting . . . . and waiting . . . . and waiting . . . WITH NO ONE EVEN NOTICING SHE WAS THERE! She called me crying and told me they won't even speak to me! So we will be going somewhere else, needless to say . . . DO NOT GO HERE! If I could rate them 0 stars I 110% would! I brought my daughter here for her prom nails because they were one of the only places that said they could do something similar to what she wanted. The lady who was supposed to be one of their best nail techs proceeded to try to get her old acrylics off with another fake nail! Doing this she broke one of my daughters real nails (picture will be included). she didn't try to soak her nails or anything before hand! She didn't do anything close to what my daughter wanted with the design and she had to correct the shape several times because she wasn't listening to what my daughter wanted. When it came time to pay she tried to charge me $60 after completely butchering the nails. she couldn't even put a nail on the nail she broke because my daughter was in so much pain! Not to mention I will have to take her to the dr to have that nail removed! So instead of being decent and not charging us she knocks off $5 and tells me that it was my daughters fault! First visit: Made an appointment for a pedicure at 5 & they didn't start until 530. The water was scalding hot. Massage was weak. Also noticed one man was not wearing gloves & didn't wash his hands between clients-appalling! Nails look nice though. Might give them another chance Last visit: I've gone several times & they do an average pedicure. I've had shellac done twice & the first tech, a young guy, did a pretty good job. The second & LAST time I had it done (by the owner, I think) the edges were so sloppy! When I asked if I could come back & have it redone (I had to get home bc my husband was watching our son & he had to leave for work), they insisted i stay & have it fixed then...I couldn't. They even took my hand & showed it to another customer to get her opinion. SO RUDE! I will not be returning! read more

Rude people. Poor job. Feel like they overcharged where they knew they were not getting a tip. The 2 owners are RUDE.

First time at this salon, only because I live close-by, was pressed for time, and my usual salon is in west Burlington. Big mistake! Tech appeared to be inexperienced. Nipped me several times while clipping my cuticles. One finger was bleeding. Now, two days later, several of my fingers are sore and two of my cuticles are swollen, red, and painful. Possible infection. Also, the color I requested (a soft pink) ended up being more like bubblegum pink when she applied it. I was so ready to get out of there, I didn't complain; I just removed the polish as soon as I got home. Now my cuticles have to heal before I can get a "good" manicure. Never again! read more

Friendly staff. I start out here getting French tips and all is great. Good job but once in awhile I get a crooked nail of which they fixed. The dremel tool they use is good but I have been burned more then once. Either the power wasn't up high enough or they didn't have a good hold on my finger & it slipped. So I return every two weeks for a fill in, and usually all goes well until they have to answer the phone or talk to each other & sometimes they forget where they left off, so that annoys me. When they are really busy, they will rush you out, especially the man that works there who did that to me. I complained twice about something that was unsatisfactory to me, but it didn't seem to matter. Certain ladies in there do a great job & one young man is good too but this young man has left me in the middle of doing nails 2 times. If you don't have time to finish me, then don't start. read more

Came in two hours prior to closing, for a full set... nothing complicated. They immediately brought me back and then after buffing my nails decided to send me back to the lobby so they could work on somebody else's nails. After waiting an hour I had a total of 3 different people working on my nails in the period I was there. They were extremely rough while filing my nails and filed the skin off 2 ofmy fingers in the process. They rushed me out of the door because it was closing time, didn't allow my nails to completely dry. As a result, I am here the next day, and had to wait over an hour for them to repaint them, even when they called me back she started with me and after removing the polish went to a different customer. My husband has been coming here for over 10 year I would buy him gift cards but lately the service has become sloppy, and he won't come back. I started coming since I moved to Graham there is always someone new and inexperience , they charge you to take off you polish when you get a manicure and use cheap gel product which don't last more than a week. The pedicure was the one thing I would come for but that too has gone down hill. With the caliber of new help they have working here now, today will be my last visit.
