Terrible experience. Don't go here! I went to get my nails done here this week with a couple of friends. We were treating one of my friends who's getting married next week so we were hoping for a pleasant relaxing experience. My 2 friends had a nice experience but of course I ended up being completely tortured for over an hour. The guy that works here is extremely nice according to my friend. And one of the other girls was really nice too apparently. But I'm 100% sure me and my friends will never go back. I got a manicure and pedicure and I was unhappy and in pain during both. I think the nail technician I got hated me for some reason because she was a completely different person with the customer after me! During my manicure she barely spoke to me. Which was annoying but fine. But whilst she was prepping my nails and cutting my cuticles (which hurt!) she ended up drawing blood on more than one finger. She didn't even bat an eyelid and just told me to go and wash my hands. During my pedicure the real torture began. I've used feet exfoliating tools on my feet before but never have I used what looked like a cheese grater on my feet. To make matters worse, she was grating my feet as if they were giant potatoes. She even decided to grate the top of my feet (which don't have any hard skin...) and managed to cut my little toe - more blood. Of course when she went to cut my toe nail cuticles there was more blood drawn. She still didn't care at this point. When it came to choosing a toe nail colour I ended up getting into a disagreement with her about a shade. According to her "dark people need to use lighter shades for it to stand out" whilst I wanted a neutral beige/brown darker than my skin colour. We ended up compromising with a dark beige which I didn't love. The nail polish selection is small. What you see in the picture is pretty much what they have to offer as far as normal polishes go. Drying my toe nails took ages. I was pretty much left facing the wall with my feet under a heater whilst my nail technician attended someone else. Frankly I felt like a child that had been told off. After about 20 minutes another nail technician decided that my toe nails were dry and I could put my shoes back on, but when I got home they hadn't dried completely and had chipped and smudged in my shoes! When it came to payment time they didn't have a working card machine. Considering the total was over £100 for 3 of us I was annoyed that we had to go looking for a cash point. Turns out the closest cash point charges around £2-3. ¬_¬ At the end of the day, I felt battered and bruised from my nail appointment. Please save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Very attentive and sweet: I had a previous gel removal and then a new manicure and gel. Reasonably-priced, obvious attention to detail with every tiny surface of my nail, cuticle, and hand. I would highly recommend this nail boutique with two beautifully-polished thumbs up! read more

I just love this nail shop!! It is one of the best nail shops I have been to. I have to say the previous review must be reviewing the wrong shop I had a great experience. Staff are friendly and down to earth, all are able to speak English which is great. I've had issues in the past when the technicians was unable to understand me. I too had a manicure and pedicure but with shellac. They do great pedicure I love the so called potato grater she spoke of it definitely does the job I came out feeling I was walking on clouds. I've been to places where they haven't done it so clean but this place definitely cleans your feet and you will leave having different feet you came in with. They are also very clean so that's also a plus . The gel polish I got was recommended by the technician herself which I am glad because it was a lot better then the one I picked for myself. They did a really neat job and clean unlike some places which can be messy. Overall I would definitely return and recommend you try the place for yourself because I am always really happy with the results and service. read more

I went here last week for the 2nd time and the shop is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly. The 1st time I went it was super busy but I had a really good repair job done and so i came back to get a full set of Gel Nails and Pedicure in time for holiday. I had opted to get Gel nails instead of Acrylic as I wanted a more natural finish with a French tip. Unfortunately knowing this and the fact that I don't often get my nails done I feel that the technicians took advantage of me considering that they told me I was getting Gel nails which were actually acrylic nails (gels are set under UV lights and there were none in sight) and told me permanent tip were better even though I wanted a more natural finish they also charged me the extra cost of the gel tips. My pedicure was beautiful one of the best French pedicures I've had but after 3 days they were completely chipped and peeling. All in all I would not recommend this shop again since I was lied to to my face under the pretence of friendliness. read more
