Forget the chairs and magazine selections - meh. You keep going back because your nails are clean and shaped the way YOU want them, not because the technician wants them. They know how to polish and recommend new colors that you might be interested in. Each finger is evenly cut, each toe is evenly cut. Not one shaped oval the other square, the polish doesn't look like you did it yourself. They scrape the calluses off your feet so they are soft and tender as your feet should be even though you may have been walking on grit or wood floors for days. The price isn't the cheapest. But, neither is it at the other salons. What you pay for is polish that doesn't yellow your nails, matching nails and they remember how you like your nails done each time.
