Please get an estimate in writing if you hire Victor from New Concepts Construction. I made a very…read moreexpensive mistake hiring Victor, the owner of the company. He verbally quoted me $1,500 for an IKEA laminate counter kitchen installation. The cost of the IKEA laminate counter (3 pieces) was only $300. I felt the $1,500 was a bit high but I was having trouble finding someone to install laminate and Victor seemed knowledgeable regarding my project. The project should have taken a day, but Victor was extremely slow. He also let me know he now charges hourly. After day one, he was still setting up his equipment and adjusting my an ikea kitchen drawers which he claimed were off. Not much more done on day 2, day 3, finally started cutting counter tops. I asked him repeatedly where were were on price which he said he would let me know but did not. The evening before he did the actual install on my counter he sent me a text stating he was at $4,500. I was could not even believe this. I did not respond until the next day when he arrived. I had a conversation with him regarding the price he was now charging, he said he had to adjust some cabinets, I did not even pay that much to have my whole IKEA kitchen installed! I knew he was going to leave me is a mess, no counter, sink, etc. I told him to finish and when he was done, I tried to talk with him again about the original $1,500 estimate to now $4,500. He got very heated, so I gave him a check for the full amount which I so regret now but I was uncomfortable with his reaction and wanted him to leave my home. Please beware and don't make the same mistakes I did by hiring Victor who took total advantage of me and he knows it.

Our bathroom remodel turned into a nightmare and this was the last straw. Please do not be conned by this sweet talking, God fearing couple. They offered to fix the flooring but wouldn't give us our money back to fix all of their MANY mistakes and to complete the bathroom remodel ourselves. Professional, Affordable, Prompt My electricity bill was…read more4 times its normal value. The utility company says the HVAC was running constantly. As a Disabled Veteran, living on a fixed income, I had four (4) bids for repair and replacement of my HVAC. BLOW evaluated the system and sourced an updated and more efficient system. I put a deposit down and was informed that they are available for installation on the following business day. They arrived at 9:30 am and finished installation by noon. They evaluated the output temperature of each vent throughout the house. The flow was balanced, and the comfort level is better than it had ever been since 2008 when I bought the house. I had a large HVAC company complete yearly system maintenance that had NEVER balanced the system NOR. Inform me on how cleaning the coils could boost the lifespan and performance of the system. They spent a lot of time selling the idea for an upgrade to a dual zone system. Their estimates were DOUBLE what BLOW charged. I want to name the company, but I don't believe that this is the right platform. I would tell ALL of my friends and family to choose BLOW Heating and Air whenever HVAC maintenance is needed.

Robert is absolutely fantastic. Upon realizing our lawn at our new house hadn't been touched in…read moreprobably YEARS, we called Robert and he was able to accommodate us the very next day. We agreed on a very reasonable price, and, although the work was probably way more arduous than he realized, he honored our original agreement. He did the most thorough and precise job-- he was able to uncover landscaping features we didn't even know existed! He even pointed out an area of our yard where he found an adorable ground squirrel nest-- and placed a wooden board around it for protection while he mowed. :) It began to storm and so he told us he would come back the following day to collect all of the leaves and clippings. He was back at his very next opportunity, and hauled away every shred of leaves and grass. We look forward to working with Robert on a consistent basis for our lawn care-- He is polite, punctual and extremely hard-working. Can't recommend him enough!
