Eli knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a beautifully symmetric diamonds and not crushed ice. We vibed right away. He has great taste and knows what a beautiful diamond looks like from an ugly one. Because let me tell you, there are a lot of ugly diamonds out there and there are many brokers who will try to convince you that they're pretty! I also really appreciated that he didn't ask what my budget was like so many other places. He focused on finding me not one, but two perfectly matched pairs of diamonds for studs. All of the other places wouldn't show me more than one pair. And you know what? I took both pairs because they were both so perfect I couldn't let them go! Other places told me it was impossible to find 2 old mine cushion cut matching diamonds but Eli did it. And he did it in like 2 days! He called me and kept me updated. When he showed me the diamonds he was super patient as I studied each one. There was never, at any point any sales pressure. He let me think over which pair I wanted without threatening that they'd be gone the next day (unlike Capri). I highly recommend him and wish I had found him before I got engaged!

My husband had purchased my beautiful engagement ring in 2023, the service then was amazing, and…read morethe service again continues to be phenomenal. My engagement ring was a relatively thin platinum band, and they had warned us that the band would be malleable due to the material. However, I didn't realize how malleable it could get until after I began wearing it. I was so set on choosing platinum because I figured it would be the easiest and most low maintenance material. The band kept losing its shape any time I wore it. It began driving me insane because I needed to come in and get it fixed almost every 4-8 months (depending on how frequently I was wearing it). I started to get anxiety everytime I wore my engagement ring because I was so afraid of it losing shape. I began to wear it less and less and stuck to my wedding band (which is white gold--lesson learned) only. I was also too afraid to go to any other jeweler near where I lived to get the ring fixed because I truly only trusted Bridal Ring's team. Finally, I was done feeling afraid and decided to switch the band entirely. I explained to Zoe, an associate at Bridal Ring & explained the situation. We discussed the different options and ultimately we determined I wanted to switch my band to the lowest maintenance metal I could without losing the integrity and design I initially had. Zoe and the team were so kind. They came up with an idea to switch the band to a yellow gold band & solder my platinum prongs with my diamond onto it. It took a week for us to pick it up. & I am so glad I trusted Zoe and the team to execute the vision because I am genuinely over the moon about my ring. It's just as beautiful as when I first got it & now I'm not afraid to wear it! Thank you so much Zoe and Bridal Ring Co for listening to my desires and concerns. I appreciate you guys so much. After dropping my simple gold wedding band off with the promise of a 1 hr turnaround at $125 to have it sized down (he tried to charge $150), I came back 90 minutes later and the ring had clearly not been touched yet. I shared that I'd spent the last 90 minutes researching online and at other shops in the jewelry market and had learned that this service should cost no more than $50. Some places charge as low as $20. I asked Sam politely what the reason was for the steep price difference. He talked about how much time and care went into sizing the ring, and how he used only the best materials so that the cut would be completely invisible. To demonstrate, he began showing me the process, which reinforced my suspicion that when I walked back into the store, he had not yet begun work on my ring. 10 minutes later Sam was done - the work was good, but the seam was indeed visible. After a conversation the price came down to $100. I'm happy, the work is no better or worse than any I have had done before. But be warned that he clearly upcharges for his charm (he's very sweet and complimentary) and generosity (he did a sonic clean on my engagement ring for free). If you want a deal this is not the place. But it's fine otherwise! Not gonna get scalped but not the most price sensitive option if you're in the jewelry district.

I recently purchased a custom designed ring from Nadis Diamonds. I was in LA visiting the Diamond District for the first time. My goal was to find a sizable yellow pear shape diamond to try on in person. Several other businesses in the district had told me there was no way to find what I wanted within my budget. The Nadis storefront caught my eye so we stopped in and met Stephan. His selection of yellow diamonds was astonishing! It wasn't "if" they had the diamond that would meet my needs...but which one to choose from! Stephan showed me several loose stones and several mounted stones. I found a gorgeous stone that I fell in love with the moment I saw it. Even though it was mounted already he was willing to sell the stone alone. I already knew the exact setting I wanted and was planning to have it mounted elsewhere. Nadis gave me a quote that was 50% less than my local retail store for a custom designed piece. After I returned home I sent Stephan several images showing features that I wanted for my custom designed piece. Within two mock-ups he pegged my design perfectly! Within 10 days of the whole process starting I had my custom ring in hand shipped overnight via Fed-Ex. The setting was meticulously crafted and exactly everything I asked for. Nadis has an amazing technique they do with yellow gold to make yellow diamonds look an entire grade more brilliant, I have never seen it done before and am very impressed. Stephan was amazing to work with and was very responsive to my nit picky needs. I already have referred my new "diamond guy" to several friends and plan to have another custom piece done in a few years. While the craftsmanship was amazing, the customer service outstanding, the best part of the transaction was the price! I paid about 50% less for my entire custom designed piece relative to what my local jeweler would have charged. In doing so I obtained a center stone that was almost double the size of what I thought I could get! If you are in the market for any important piece of jewelry, you have to talk to Stephan at Nadis Diamonds! I will never shop at a retail jewelry store again! read more

Our family has been going to Nadis Diamonds for over 20 years! Stephan and Garen are the only ones we trust for our diamond jewelry purchases. They are a father and son operation and have been in the LA jewelry district for over 35 years! My husband has bought all of my diamond rings, necklaces and earrings from Nadis. They treat us like family and have always taken the extra step to ensure that we leave the store 110% satisfied. Shopping for diamonds can be overwhelming and an uneducated shopper can be very easily taken advantage of . Stephan and Garen are the most HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY jewelers we have ever met. They are passionate about their work and they always take the time to educate us about diamonds and all the characteristics that are important in considering when choosing the right diamonds, making sure we know exactly what we are buying. They deal in high-end certified diamonds and diamond jewelry. They are also incredible at designing custom diamond pieces in house. Can't say enough about them! Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else for this kind of purchase. read more

I was sent to Stephan and Nadis Diamonds as a recommendation from a buddy of mine who had nothing but amazing things to say. I was in the market for an engagement ring and thought I would call to understand the process and the possibility of purchasing a ring. After the initial conversation Stephan and I went back and forth via email until we got the design squared away. I am a picky person and Stephan was able to work with me and and help describe the process and helped with many great recommendations (which was incredibly painless - not as I imagined it to be) and set my mind at ease. I was provided a detailed rendering of EXACTLY what I wanted, once I agreed upon the design the ring was completed incredibly fast. After this experience I am recommending everyone I know to Stephan as I can't imagine going to anyone else. I will be purchasing from Stephan and Nadis Diamonds again in the future! Again, I can ramble on and on, overall, I have nothing be fantastic things to say. You may as well find out for yourself... Thanks Stephan! read more

I trust Jonny's insight and intuition, and that's why I went back to him for the wedding bands. I had a small to medium budget for an engagement ring. If I took that money and bought a ring online, I could have easily found a much larger diamond that was higher on the grading scale. I initially felt a little buyer's remorse when I realized this, but over the next several months, as I looked at friends' diamonds and other engagement rings in real life, I realized that they didn't sparkle and had a somewhat dull quality. I am now very relieved I didn't go budget shopping for a diamond online. And my wife loves getting compliments that her ring is so strikingly brilliant.
