Our builder found her to be a "dream" to work with and often asked that she participate in our periodic walk-throughs. We cannot say enough good things about Kris and highly recommend her.

I knew Shawn was very knowledgable in Feng Shui and had studied with a master. I wanted to make…read moresome positive changes in my life and believed this process would facilitate those changes. I am also an Interior Designer and know how important it is to have your home support you and your needs. Shawn's presentation was extensive and professional, more than I expected. I made several of these changes over a 6 month period. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but didn't have to since much of the work does not require it. My bedroom happens to be in the relationship corner and I truly wanted to attract a romantic partner in my life. So I purchased two matching nightstands with drawers for my bedroom. I loved these sweet nightstands and stored off-season clothes in the substantial drawers which made me very happy. Finally I wasn't keeping these things under my bed in a plastic bin. Life went on and I didn't think much about the changes I'd made. Six months passed and I found myself deep cleaning my bedroom one day. I realized the nightstand on the left side is now full of my new partner's things! I didn't put the Feng Shui changes together since new love has a way of distracting a person. I don't mean to sound trite and am not really a "woo-woo" kind of person so I will leave it up to you to decide if my time with Shawn made a difference in my life. I hired Natalie/Studio 41 Creative last year to redo my business' website. My experience working…read morewith Natalie from the beginning was smooth and enjoyable. I especially appreciated Natalie's responsiveness to my communications and my concerns. She was easily available throughout the project; I never had to chase her down. The creative process to redo our website was daunting to me; I had never done it before, and Natalie helped explain things in layman's terms so that I understood what my options were throughout. Natalie was also very reasonable with her rates, and after the project was done, when there were tweaks and changes, she did them for us no problem, as a part of the project we had paid for. I found that she had strong integrity in her business operations, which also put me at ease. I highly recommend Natalie for anyone who wants to have an easy, pleasant experience and to end up with a wonderful result!

I hired Heather to do the SEO package she advertises on her website. Even though I gave her…read morespecific instruction that I wanted to understand what she was recommending I change, and that I wanted to approve anything before it was done, she completely disregarded my wishes. She refused to talk to me on the phone or by zoom. She will only communicate electronically, where she then assigns meaning and emotion to words that is not accurate. I tried communicating electronically since I was forced to but she would disregard my questions and comments. I would ask the same question repeatedly and never get an answer. She made her communication issues my problem. After I discovered she changed main copy on my website without my permission, I told her I'm uncomfortable with this, and she quit the job. I have no idea what else she changed or did without my permission. I then discovered she verified herself as an owner on my google account! I tried to revoke her access myself bur she had embedded a token within my site that would still give her access. I had no idea she did any of this and I'm told it was unnecessary for her to do that in order to perform the job she was hired for. The fact that she quit my job before getting approval to make any changes yet refused to give me a refund of the deposit as I asked for is totally unacceptable. Her unwillingness to talk voice to voice about my project caused the entire mess, and then to find out she gave herself verified ownership status of my google account without asking me or telling me, is very deceptive. In my experience, heather is a total disappointment. I'm not a tech expert at all which is why I needed help and all she did was mess up my site and cause me unnecessary stress. I would have never hired her had I known upfront that she refuses to communicate voice to voice. Too easy for things to get lost in translation with electronic communication. I also asked her to give me specific instruction to remove the token she embedded in my website so I can fully revoke her access and she ignored me. I am so disappointed as I trusted her to be honest and perform the work she was hired for, but she failed on all levels. BTW - I also saw on glass door that heather has a one star review with the word "unhealthy" which also describes her actions on the job I hired her for that she did not complete. I've also had an expert look at my site now and they say the work heather did was worthless. She caused more damage than good.
