Sent the owner and email to try and resolve so since you refused to refund the money I'm going to move forward with telling about my child's experience. Please hire professional braiders that will install human hair properly. They are SOOOO unprofessional, slow and sometimes on two out of the three occasions personal hygiene issues were really distracting. The place says walk ins 24/7 but they can't support that model well. The last time we called and even after they changed our appointment they were still an hour late to start. Good news is the braiding once it's done is pretty good and the pricing is more reasonable than others in the area but you get what you pay for by way of professionalism. We will not be back a fourth time unless it's truly an emergency.
