I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. They are SOOOO unprofessional, slow and sometimes on two out of the three occasions personal hygiene issues were really distracting. The place says walk ins 24/7 but they can't support that model well. The last time we called and even after they changed our appointment they were still an hour late to start. Good news is the braiding once it's done is pretty good and the pricing is more reasonable than others in the area but you get what you pay for by way of professionalism.
