Keep your ticket on you and you pay at a booth when you leave. I ordered a small borscht (all of the soups come in half and full sizes) and a pork dish with sauerkraut and dumplings. The borscht was unlike any I've had before; it was tasty but I wouldn't get it again. The pork dish however was excellent. The sauerkraut was fabulous - best I've had in my life. The pork was a little too fatty in pieces but had a really nice flavor. The place is super clean and the bathrooms were adequate especially considering how busy it was around lunchtime.
