My family members have used The Imaging Center several times over the past few years, and our…read moreexperience was always positive. However, my most recent experience with office administrative procedures when attempting to schedule an MRI for my wife left a very bad taste in my mouth. I took a doctor's order into the center and was told that it had to be taken up with Central Scheduling. The lady at the desk faxed the order to Central Scheduling and led me to believe that they would be managing the pre-authorization and would contact my wife to make an appointment. Having heard nothing in 3 weeks, I returned to the Center and no one could find any record of the order. Whatever process is in place appears to be quite broken, and fortunately I have good alternatives for medical imaging that don't suffer the incompetence that I am seeing from NMHS.
