So over time I have been looking through a host of candidates in the Private Sector. After much trial and error, I found the Family Medicine Group of Oxford, namely Dr. Pastrell. The staff has always been courteous and accommodating. I have never had a terribly long a wait and if I did, the waiting room is clean and has air conditioning (I am originally from Colorado and I have never acclimated to the southern heat and misery). Dr. Pastrell sealed the deal, she spent the time and effort in examining and treating me. I do not hold her to unreasonable standards, she is not a specialist. She is a great Internal Medicine Doctor of the highest caliber!

Well 1st off you dont have MD, behind your name and you let your docs patient's hear you talking about other patients while they can hear you. so maybe should study uo on hippaa and what it really means i stopped going there { and to make this extremely clear} not because of the dr but because of her nurse. the one and only reason was that! oh and better hope its a convenient time for her as well or she will try to make you feel like, basically give me your money, here is a scrip,t i don't care about any other part. doesnt ask anything not even to the effect of hows your meds working how are you... you know things that are normally talked about are in one ear if your lucky but still soon as she leaves the room its a very much feeling of forgotten or not caring soob as your out of sight! i would post a picture but we better then that.. she has been a nurse long enough to know what she is wrong, an apparently just from what ive seen im defiantly not the only one who feels this way.

I'll say that this was not my best experience with a doctor's office as a whole. Overall everyone is nice, but my regular appointment took nearly 4 hours. It was just extremely slow. And when I finally say Dr. Glasgow, it was only about 5 minutes face to face. I went in for back pain, and he referred me to get an MRI. To this day, the office has yet to call me to schedule an MRI at the hospital. The service was so slow that I don't even make an appointment if I feel sick anymore, I just wait until the next time I go home.
