The most anti-walkin nail salon I've ever been to. Owner wants you to call ahead and make an…read moreappointment. Pedicure was fine, they didn't ask me what service I wanted, scrubbed my feet for a few minutes and did a nice polish for my feet. No leg scrub, no hot towels, etc. Owner then took care of my manicure/dip for my hands. He hit his dremel on the side of my nail and messed up my natural nail then tapped my hand like I did something wrong. No words, just kept tapping my hand and shaking my hand. I asked if something was wrong and he was annoyed his other employee was taking too long and that "his client had to wait" for him to finish my nails. That was the quickest, least manicure I have ever had. No trim on the cuticles, no lotion, massage, nothing. My dipped nails look like it was someone's first day and are bumpy and shaped how he wanted, not what I asked for or were previously shaped. I still had red paint/glitter from my previous dip all over my fingers and under my nails. $55 for the pedicure and $45 for a crappy dip application. It seemed like he could tell I was not happy and filled out the rest of my "punch" card to get $10 off my next service. Save your money and get a real manicure somewhere else. I have 2 stars instead of 1 because the paint on my toes does look nice.
