From the moment I called in, and spoke with Andrew, the process was smooth and painless. First off Arrow scheduled an appointment with me within a time that week which suited us both. Arrow Roofing, arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to closely inspect my problematic roof and reviewed all options with me. Within a week I had a very professional and detailed estimate that included exactly what I would get and what I could expect to pay. After researching a few more companies for price, quality, and professionalism comparison, it was an easy decision to go with Arrow Roofing. I called Arrow, who are very easy to get a hold of by phone,or email and was scheduled me in. Andrew told me he would be at my house November 15th at 7am. The morning came and Andrew and his guys were at my house on the hour. They came ready to work. They even gave me some tarps to cover the inside of an enclosed patio that I did realize would let debris in. His crew was great. They worked very efficiently and clean. With a storm coming, Andrew ensured my wife and I that it would be done before hand. True to his word, Andrew and his crew finished just a few hours before the rain came down. All in all great company, Arrow roofing are easy going and knowledgeable. The job was done in two and half days and the crew left the work area and all surrounding free of debris. I highly recommend this company. If I could give it more stars I would. If you need a roof call them, you won't be disappointed.

During the job they even sent photographs of the progress by text message (as we were away). However 3 things went terribly wrong: 1. It went £480 over the initial quotation as the job was larger than expected. Which is fine, except: 2. The night after the new roof was installed it rained and more water poured through the ceiling than had ever done before. To their credit they immediately fixed it the following day, however: 3. A large pile of rubbish was left in the back of garden for two and a half weeks, which they promised four times to remove but never did. In the end they refused to move it and we had to clear it ourselves. This is unacceptable, especially as the job cost £1,590.00 and on the quotation included "Leave site clean and tidy." He evaluated the possible issues and did some immediate adjustments to the downpipes in order to help remedy the problem leak, returning with additional brackets and carrying out flow tests on Christmas eve to check there were no other places where water was overflowing. Louis was polite, conscientious and punctual, I can recommend him. On the second piece of work Louis carried out at my property, he and his colleague John arranged for scaffolding to be set-up and carried out the removal of an old chimney stack at the back of the property, taking the brick down to below roof level, installing felt and new tiles over the opening and finishing with a tile vent. They carried out the job swiftly, with good humour and tidied away any rubbish. A good job. well done. A third visit from Louis was equally high quality, he visited to doublecheck and investigate a recurring damp issue on a chimney stack, took time to consider all the possibilities. I have observed Gary's work done for high level customers in Knightsbridge London (Wilton Crescent SW1), Rickmansworth (Hertfordshire WD3) & King Fahad Academy Acton. I think what impressed me most was Gary's attention to detail & his thoroughness. Roofing in the UK can be very challenging due to climate limitations and the very nature of the job. I have however always known Gary to do excellent work. I was impressed with Gary's work on the large Pitched roof job in Rickmansworth. This entailed handmade clay tiles, mortar edging tinted to a colour shade required by the client and a high standard of overall finishing. Gary also did excellent building work at the Fahad academy where a previous electrical company had in error placed an excessive load on the academy roof. As an experienced roofer Gary was able to advise and implement corrective measures. The heavy cabling/ piping was moved off of the flat roof & the load was correctly & evenly distributed across structural cantilevers. The required work & roof repair was essential & done to a high standard. The Knightsbridge client also had essential work for which Gary was approached and contracted in to resolve. A challenging glazed roof over a heated swimming pool/ sauna entertainment area needed urgent correction and repairs. Being Knightsbridge and the nature of the customer, exact precision workmanship & fitting was required. The clients personal Butler had a tight time schedule in which the work had to be completed. Gary once again did an excellent job to the satisfaction of the customer. Based on my personal experience and observation, I can highly recommend Gary for similar jobs. I have always known Gary to be a man of integrity that has delivered on agreed work. I have personally only experienced positive feedback on work done by Gary.
