I really liked all the amenities the gym has to offer and depending on what time of day you go in there it's not so many eyes looking at you even though everyone is there to get back into shape it can be intimidating. I joined the gym after coming a few times with my friend as our schedules don't always align. I was able to catch a special during their anniversary. I have attended a few different classes water aerobics, stretching, and I plan on attending more I just have to arrange my schedule around them. The instructors are really nice and they take their time and meet you where you are. I haven't worked out in ages and becoming comfortable and acclimated with the equipment is important. I like the sauna and the jacuzzi as well. It's definitely worth the price. The gym is really spacious and they have a basketball court, and cycle room, and some other sports.

The negatives are the Sauna, and pool are too close to the men's room! The men's room is poorly kept ,and not clean. You can smell the chlorine from the pool, and feel the heat from the sauna in the Locker room as well as the bathroom . Gym is too small for what they charge although the basketball court is nice and well kept. Also they don't have 35 pound weight plates which Is very odd for a gym .I did a 72 hour trial to check it out, but I wouldn't consider joining.

My experience left me feeling like the system is designed more to continue billing members than to provide a straightforward customer experience. I signed up for what I believed was a 6-month personal training program and paid for those six months. When I attempted to cancel after completing the term, I was told the agreement automatically converts to month-to-month billing unless a 30-day written notice is submitted. This was never clearly explained when I signed up. I submitted my cancellation request on March 6 and was informed another payment would still be drafted because the contract requires a 30-day notice. It raises the question of what the purpose of a 6-month agreement is if it automatically continues into month-to-month billing. Based on how the contract is structured, it appears you would need to cancel around the fifth month to avoid being charged after the sixth month. Even after submitting a cancellation, you may still be billed for another month depending on your billing date. Another frustrating part of the process is how cancellations are handled. You can sign up for a membership directly at the gym, but cancellation must be completed through a separate website or by contacting a third-party billing company rather than the gym itself. Having different systems for signing up and cancelling makes the process unnecessarily confusing and difficult. The billing is handled through a company called ABC Fitness Solutions rather than Club4Fitness directly. After dealing with this situation, I looked into the company and found a very large number of negative reviews and complaints online related to billing and cancellation issues. It is something I wish I had researched before signing anything. I am sharing my experience so others fully understand how the contracts, billing structure, and cancellation process work before committing to any kind of membership at Club4Fitness.

My hours are flexible enough that I tend to go when it's not too busy in the middle of the day, so that may be part of it. Regardless of this, the gym is large and surprisingly quiet with the music playing just at the right level (not loud enough that I can hear it over my own music, but loud enough that I can enjoy it in the off chance I forget my headphones). The facility is also super clean, which is not something you find in every gym. The employees are very friendly - I've always been greeted when I arrive, and someone usually calls out "have a great day" as I'm walking towards the door to leave. There are so many machines and machine types to choose from if you're there for cardio. The equipment appears to be well-maintained, but as with all Planet Fitness locations, there are a limited number of programs on each machine. So, if you're ok with those limited options or are open to creating your own unique workout manually, then these machines are great. A little frustrating, but easily adaptable! There are also plenty of weight machines and free weights. I've never had to wait long to use a machine, even if that means adjusting my routine.

Initially, I signed up at the Towne Center branch, but after trying out the Coursey location, I prefer it despite the longer drive. The Coursey gym is more spacious and has a layout that creates distinct sections, unlike the Towne Center location, which feels like a single rectangular room. The gym is not overly crowded in the mornings, which is a plus. However, there are a couple of drawbacks: both locations have outdated smith machines with a platform at the bottom that restricts the barbell from going low enough to do hip thrusts or Romanian deadlifts. I really wish they would upgrade their smith machine like they did with the squat rack! Additionally, the women's bathroom consistently has an unpleasant odor. Overall, the gym is nice, people are pleasant, I've enjoyed coming here, but there is room for improvement.

I didn't realize exactly how nice this location is until I visited another location. The other location made me want to just walk out and stay fat and unhealthy. The owner/ owners of the Coursey location has done a very good job with upkeep and with the quality of employees. I'm very pleased with this gym, you won't be disappointed if you join. The $45.00 a month fee is great motivation to actually show up and work out!

I've…read morebeen a Foxy's member for over 6 years now, and the running joke has been that they've done little if any maintenance to the building in years. Sure enough, GymFit takes over, and immediately improvements begin. Fresh coats of paint on the walls, locker rooms renovated and beautiful now, cleaner pools, and new amenities such as a sand volleyball court. Besides all these amazing improvements, here's what I've always loved about Foxy's/now GymFit. #1 The women's locker room. To me, it's built for a perfect spa day. My favorite trio: sauna, steam room, and hot tub. I love to do all 3 and just soak up the relaxation. There's also showers, lockers, and other standard locker room stuff. The classes! Centergy/Flow has always been my #1 go to favorite class. Taryn is a fabulous instructor, and the music always motivates me and has me singing. GymFit has added so many fun, new classess I can hardly keep up. Salsa, AcroYoga, specialty dance classes, etc. Definitely something for everyone! I typically go at night, and the check-in ladies have always been friendly and helpful. I've used the nursery, and my daughters have always enjoyed it. Overall, gym clientele have always been friendly, so I've made some great connections over the years. Way more I could brag about, but I'll instead encourage you to go check GymFit out yourself.

In the recent months, they re-did a lot of the interior and so many improvements were made. It's now a multi-functional gym that offers many of their original classes + have added the cirque, acrobatics, bootcamp and ninja warrior aspect of it. It's a pretty incredible place. They hosted kids summer camp over the summer (during COVID), while enforcing mask wearing, etc. My family & I have been part of GymFit, since their beginnings at their old location and that was already super fun, so now I am excited about 10x more fun with probably 10x more of the space they now have. The owners are always thinking of awesome ways to make the gym a better experience for all that walk through their doors. Their performance group, Bayou Cirque, puts on electrifying performances in their outdoor area from time to time. Their outdoor area has 2 pools (larger swimming pool and a kids wading pool) + a sand volleyball court. The inside also has large lap pool. It truly is a neat place! If you want to check it out, you must! You'll also see the GymFit team at various outdoor events around the city with their kids ninja warrior course. Thanks for all you've provided to the community, Gymfit!

I took 20 classes in 30 days, and tried all except the hot yoga. PROS: -Beautiful studio! The space is gorgeous and clean with lots of natural light in the pilates area and fun neon lights in the HIIT class area. -Great selection of classes and times to choose from. -The classes themselves are wonderful- HIIT ranged in difficulty and the pilates was always fantastic. -Low sugar plant-based smoothie menu was awesome. CONS: -Customer service- This was my biggest problem with the studio. I was rarely greeted or acknowledged when entering the studio or when leaving. Entire classes went by when I was not acknowledged at all. It was a very cold/unwelcoming environment. I felt incredibly out of place and always left feeling kind of...sad. There was just one instructor who actually learned my name and was friendly to me, and I took multiple classes from her (she was great). After I joined the studio I never got a "tour" / nobody showed me around or told me what to expect from different classes. I was left on my own to figure it out. I have tried lots of studios around town so felt mostly comfortable in the classes but if I was new to this type of exercise, I would be totally lost. -Price- I paid a little over $200 for a new member special 30 day deal. That gets you one (just one!) class per day. There were times I wanted to do a HIIT class in the morning and check out a hot yoga class in the evening but I was not willing to pay an additional $25 to double up. There *are* 75 minute HIIT/Pilates combo classes, though. -No private bathroom area/locker room. The bathroom area is shared with whatever business is down the hall. It's a typical office building bathroom situation- no hooks on bathroom stall doors or surface to put down a bag. Not convenient for the days I had to change after work. No bowls of hair ties/tampons or dry shampoo like every other studio I've been to has. Overall, with a more welcoming vibe and the option to double up on classes, I'd come back. Otherwise there are plenty of other studios around town that offer the same workouts with a better atmosphere, and for a better price.
