Of course there is a bistro inside and of course the is a sauna. Also there is a converence room and a tennis court (i think badminon to, but dont nail me on that). There is a fitness center and of course there are also pools. One is a 25meter swimming pool and one of them is with a wave maschine, also there is an outdoorpool.

But if you're looking for a family-friendly, fun-oriented swimming destination with sauna and other wellness this is the place for you. They have slides, several different pools with sweet and salty water and temperatures, a great kids area. Great for babies, too, as they have a pool that's just the right temperature for babies. There's an outside swim area that you can also use during the winter time as it's warm saline water. Great! If you're not so much into the family-friendly stuff and are looking for a more exclusive spa-like experience, the thermal baths in Templin are a better choice, however.

There is not only one but quite a lot 'Thermen' in the closer surrounding of Berlin and this one is…read morenot the closest but may be the most attractive one as it was not overcrowded on a Saturday evening. The drive from the northern city limits is about one hour on country roads and the amount of speed traps is moderate to high depending on the route chosen. The Therme consists of three parts: * a swimming pool area with indoor and outdoor pools as well as some hot-tubs * a sauna area with multiple saunas indoors and outdoors as well as rest areas * a wellness and therapy centre where you can book massages, special therapies and treatments The people using the sauna area are from all ages. We were at other places where mainly older people went and we felt gawked which was not the case here. All massage and wellness programs require an appointment and when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon there were only two slots for a 20min massage left. Too bad as our next visit will probably be in a couple of years. I would have given five stars but there were two major flaws which made me give 3 stars only: * the lady at the booking counter for the massage was quite unfriendly. When we asked first she had no slots left at all. When we expressed our disappointment she suddenly came up with two 20min slots?!? * the swimming pool area was not well taken care of. There were several brown 'things' in the pool and on one of the wooden bridges. I guess it was chocolate some kids dropped but it looks like ... You do not feel comfy seeing this. The other areas were clean and tidy.
