Vanaf 12.00 uur tot 20.30 uur kunt u bij ons genieten van lunch of diner. Wij bieden u verschillende mogelijkheden in ons restaurant als u in een rustige sfeer wilt lunchen of dineren. In ons café / brasserie kunt u in een wat meer informele sfeer vertoeven voor lunch, diner of een borrel. The sign for this place is small and in all black so good luck finding it. The front desk had nobody there but a sign that directs to call a number or look on the third floor? For who and how to spot them? No idea. The experience trying to find the hotel then park then check in has pretty much killed any desire i have to return to this town. Maybe it's okay if you are a local but this is not tourist friendly. Even the sauna room seems cool but it doesn't get hot enough. Top it off that it smelled like someone took a nice large dump in our bathroom before we arrived. Also, the bed had a nice divot in the middle that i kept rolling into.

Nice gym and breakfast as well . The gentlemen at front desk are super friendly, helpful and make your stay a pleasure as they were always available in suggesting restaurants , venues or any other questions. Highly recommended!!

We often stop in for a coffee and treat while downtown and it's always got fresh Bosche bollen (a local speciality). Lately on the menu is apple strudel, with warm cream, that is to die for! Their meals are ample and the menu diverse though it's not the cheapest option in town, you get quality for money and well staffed serving crew. Breakfast also available in the old cellar below the hotel, one of the few places you can go out for a full sit down breakfast.

Maybe the fact it's a Monday night might excuse for the rather lackadaisical service but please; we're in the big bad world and there's a need to be sharp. Rant over. It gets better ... Before the food came I had some nice bread with oils, and (note AND) a rather nice amouse bouche. Starters. Scallops. Sweet and beautifully cooked, firm and tasty. Rather good but diddy!! Main course. Veal entrecôte cooked rare. I love meat cooked in the 'cut a slab and threaten it with fire' style, can't abide overlooked meat. The only complaint were the chips and veggies - rubbish. The veal is wonderful. A new waiter appeared (older! good!) and asked if I was happy with the draft beer. I said I wasn't sure. He said I had Heineken and would I prefer a Trappist beer with the veal. I said not sure and after a rather good chat agreed to get one. My! Wonderful with veal! I need to stop writing and eat. This place is a bit strange as it can be very nice but the service needs to be up to scratch. The Trappist beer is good ;)
