From arrivals after baggage claim just follow the train signs which was to my right and down to -1 level. All I had to do was scan my emailed ticket's QR code and it allowed me through the automated gates. If you have big luggage or stroller then on of the staff will manually open a pass through gate. However the escalators down to the track level wasn't working so had to hike it. There was an elevator if needed. Overall station was clean and well signed to find my train. The train to Brussels was a short one so don't walk to the end of the platform as the engine stops right next to the escalators. From the airport to Bruxelles-Luxembourg station took 18 minutes. By far the easiest way to Brussels in my opinion.

It was very close to Rogier station, which made traveling in a breeze. The room itself was spacious - bigger than expected especially in Europe. It had AC but no thermostat I could control. It was also clearly recently updated to more modern colors and furniture. I also found it fairly quiet despite it being a GJ hotel! The free breakfast was AMAZING -- I mean seriously United States' continental breakfast can't even compare. It seems like they were trying to meet all needs - from the artisan belgian chocolate to the full English breakfast to the cold smoked fish. I also loved the bread bar (seriously like a wall of really fresh bread) and the compound butter and jam options. I'd stay here JUST for the free breakfast again! There were 4 main elevators and 3 service elevators - given the # of floors and people staying there for Tomorrowland, there could be quite a wait so plan accordingly. Uncomfortable. They do have a locked baggage room which is nice if you arrive before the 3PM checkin. The room I was in did have a safe large enough for a medium sized laptop and other electronics which was nice. A very small TV was provided as well. I know it's just a train station and getting to 5 stars would probably take a fair amount of effort, but this is a bit disappointing. The best part is that the Eurostar high-speed train from here to London is an amazing way to do it. You get to go from city center to city center in ~2 hours while being on a train that lets you walk around instead of being crammed in a seat buckled into a plane. The actual station though is just fine. There's no nice waiting area before or after the security screening. The security screening itself is a longer line and more of a hassle than you'd like for a train. I get that they have to treat it like a border crossing post-Brexit, but it's still frustrating. Beyond that the only real place to get a snack or drink is a single, pretty sad duty free shop.
