I requested a quote through the handy Yelp option and they responded back promptly. *Off topic but the Yelp quote option will also send your quote request to several other businesses so you can price shop with one convenient click of a button. Amazing!* Anyway, they quickly replied and offered the most competitive pricing, and after reading the great reviews I chose them for my needs. I then called and spoke with Andrea who was wonderful. Professional and courteous, I told her I was trying to decide between 15% or 5% and she quickly sent me pics of both shades on different vehicles to help me decide. They were able to fit me in the next day, which was awesome. Shortly after making the appointment I received a text confirmation with all the pertinent details - date, time, type of tint, and color, and price. They offered a one hour window for arrival and the next day they arrived promptly at the scheduled time! Wow! Now, if you're from Miami you should know that this is a rarity. Someone on time. I was in heaven. Victor was a pleasure. He was polite and professional. Him and the other gentleman who came were so thorough in their work. They examined the windows and made sure to show me any pre-existing scratches on the windows that could affect the quality of the end result. I appreciated that attention to detail and also their commitment to protecting their good name. The finished job was PERFECTTT. I am so picky and it was so perfect. Again, I was in heaven. Lol. Their work was meticulous, and they left the car spotless. Once done they advised me on how long I needed to wait before rolling down the windows and placed courtesy stickers on both panels to help avoid any errors. Those stickers saved me TWICE! Lol. Overall, I really can't say enough good things about Shine Bright. I love the mobile option of it. So convenient and easy. Their communication and attention to detail is by far the best I have ever received. The quality of work is phenomenal. Fair pricing. Def give them a shot next time you need tints!

We took advantage of the $199 special which would cover the tinting of the doors and the 1/2 back window not already tinted by Tesla. I opted for the hyper-ceramic at an additional cost of ($100). Still, $299 total was a much better price point than the $450 I was getting at other places. On the way home, I noticed some bubbling. I returned the next morning to have the bubbles removed/repaired. The staff was good about explaining the difference between water bubbles and air bubbles and taking care of the issue quickly. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because of the bubbling and need to return and because, they didn't clean up after themselves well, the windows are dirty and smudged.. it's a minor gripe (admittedly) but it's also an easy fix and something that the shop could be better at.
