A complete chaos.. We saw at least 6 waiters at our table, asking questions the other waiters had already asked, bringing food and drinks not knowing who ordered what, bringing food not at the same time, one main dish was already half cold, we never got asked if we wanted another drink from the moment all our glasses were empty till we paid (30-45 minutes), one waiter was rude after we asked for something another waiter had promised, no proper greeting when arriving or good bye when leaving, 4 hooks to hang coats resulting I. It being nearly impossible to find your jacket back under all the other ones.
I think the problem here is that the restaurant is family owned and the owner doesn't realise he/she needs to hire someone who has learned how to run a restaurant. And that a restaurant like this is full every night anyway, just because of it's location. So yeah, the owner doesn't realise people are there for the location, not the quality.
