AWESOME PENS AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION I am a business man and I ran across the ad on social media that people are calling a scam well as a small business owner and have been for 7 years, I cant afford to be taken chances so if you're like me and skeptical about anything that you are reading from other negative reviews, WORRY NO MORE!! You have found a honest respectable family company to do business with. I ordered the stylus pens qith all my info on them and they was perfect!! This will be my 3rd order in less than 4 months 1st. was qty 50, 2nd. Qty 100, )3rd. Qty 200 So if your looking for a great inexpensive promotional item to generate more business than a business card, I highly recommend Myron Pens for your next order for items to just hand out. And with 2nd to none customer service ask to speak with "Shital Vora" and she will absolutely make you feel like family!! On the real is there cheaper pens out there yes!! No question and you are asking yourself why don't I get a cheaper pen if im just going to GIVE it away, Well I will tell you why because you give away a cheap pen people are going to say thanks for the pen and it will end up in a cup "if your lucky" it may end up in the trash with other cheap pens that are never used. Now if you spend an extra .15 to .20 on a nice professional pen that people love and aren't ashamed to have laying on their desk that they use everyday!!! Well I can just give them a business card, thats true but are you going to see that person everyday to give them a business card NO!! But if you give that same person a pen that they are going to pick up 30 times a day they are going to remember who gave them that high end quality pen that was very in expensive for you So know that cheap isnt always better!!! Pens are also one item they can use over n over never for days, weeks, and months. So I hope you will let "Shital Vora" at Myron yake care if you and get you a promotional product that you can be proud of to hand out!! I have found my family owned company that treats you like family that can take care of all your promotional needs all in one phone call. read more

(((DESPERATE COMPANY))) The Girl "Amalie" called me about a month ago long story short I was going through a lot at the time and I always would tell her to call back,Now between the death of my son,-my wife's surgery -funeral -2 other things I had going on etc etc and she would always call back I did buy pens from them once years ago and I was out so I said you know what how much ? we came up with a deal she said $86 PERIOD..... once we get off the phone 15 minutes after the deal my wife looked at the bank she took $140 out of my bank I called back, AND NOW, all of A sudden she's busy now even though she's been chasing me down for 5 weeks so the guy (probably her husband) says don't worry I'll take care of you I'll put the money back and take up the three days.. I said okay the next day the money is back on there that was yesterday and then today they took it back out AGAIN.... OF COURSE WHEN I CALL SHE NEVER ANSWERS NO MORE SOME GUY DID ONCE PROBABLY HER HUSBAND ACTING LIKE HE COULDN'T HEAR ME AND THEN HANGS UP PLAYING MANY GAMES...KNOWING THAT I WAS DEALING WITH THE DEATH OF MY 25-YEAR-OLD SON AND WE WAS GOING THROUGH A LOT THEY STILL STOLE FROM US. read more

The company I work for has used Myron for over 20 years for two sizes of custom planners. I placed the order as always in March with a delivery date of October. I thought everything was fine until I got an email in September stating they were preparing to ship my order and it was not the items I had ordered. I tried to get a response my Rep Bryan Smith as to what was going on. He stated the ones I ordered were not available and that they were going to replace them with the other ones. I told him multiple times I did not want them and to please cancel all orders, because they kept sending my the proof to approve. Needless to say, weeks later and many email sent to them thinking it was taken care of, the box arrived. I was not aware it was from them and now I have sent multiple emails asking for a return label. They will not respond. read more

The items are decent and you get what you pay for but WOW is their customer service terrible. They are relentless to a point where if you say "No" they get rude and angry with you. I had one of my employees who answered the phone when one of their reps called in and my employee told her that I was unavailable, the rep kept badgering the employee and telling her to put me on. Maybe if they improved their training they would have far less turnover and better behaved staff. I also would be weary of their "loyalty points" and "discounts". They try to rush you in to buying things by offering these supposed discounts but their prices continue to increase even with the "discounts" applied. I would highly advise to look at other options, these types of materials and marketing pieces are a dime a dozen. Find a company who actually takes customer service seriously even if it's a little pricier, it'll be worth it. read more

This company is THE WORST!!! I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but my experience was horrible. I ordered 50 pens on May 27, 2020. They did the artwork incorrectly. The change was requested on June 8th, I just got the pens on September 15, 2020. I wouldn't take their products if they were free at this point. Totally disappointed. And Covid was never stated as a reason as to why the order took so long, so yea, spend your money elsewhere. I only put one star because we have to choose an amount so we can write the review. And might I add, you need a magnifying glass to see the wording on the pens. I dont have the energy to reach out to them or send the pens back. I can't give these to my clients or potential clients. Waste of my money. read more

A nightmare to deal with lately. They lose payment verified as cashed then you spend hours on the phone between them and your bank then they have no record of even that. This is the business for you if you have hours to waste. I fired them. NO MORE! What a nightmare. read more

I stopped using this company because they shipped me pens without letting me approve the design and it was not what I wanted. When I received the pens, I mentioned that they were incorrect that someone was suppose to send me the design work ahead of time. I got some excuse about the lady deciding her design was better than mine and so they decided to skip letting me review it. Instead of shipping it back, I asked for a discount because the pens were okay for what I needed. They didn't give me a discount and instead sent to to collections because I refused to pay the full price for the wrong design. I switched over to 4Imprint and they have much better service! read more

I've placed two orders online, and paid for those orders online, at the same time. In both cases, I got "past due" invoices from Myron -- mind you, I paid online at the time of ordering. In both cases, I provided proof that the payments cleared my bank. Still no results. At this point, I don't recommend Myron, given the hassle of having to prove I paid. No response from Myron. The worst service I've ever encountered. Ordering was difficult. I could not order online. When I called, the first person I talked to kept my on hold over an hour before I hung up. The second person was helpful, did her job well and set up my account and took my order. After that, the art I sent was hacked and not what I had sent. I had to make two separate requests that they just print the art exactly as I had sent it to them. Each of these requests took a full day. Then, when the pencils were finally ready and invoiced, I got a tracking number. The tracking number said label created for 4 days before I called to ask what was going on. The woman I spoke to said I should get it "today or tomorrow". I wait another three days. Still nothing. Finally, I call back again, get put on hold for 15 minutes because the guy I spoke to doesn't know how to transfer a call. Call back again, another 20 minute wait to speak to Garrison, a supervisor. He tells me it will take another 2 weeks before I can get my pens. The pens that were supposed to be graduation gifts for my students, which will be a week after the last day of classes. I ask for a refund, and he tells me that that is going to take 4-7 days! WTF!!!! I waited over a month and never got anything. Never shop here. The company is a disorganized joke! read more

Fast turnaround, great service and overall a good product. A cut above the others. Definitely recommend!

Ornel has always been available whenever I have a specific need. He understands my needs and works hard to get my projects done in a timely manner. I decided to try these pens from a promotional ad i saw. I ordered the selena stylus soft touch. 50 pens. Price was supposed to be promotional but seems to be their regular price, however still a pretty good deal. Quality - from what I have used, good to excellent. Slightly heavier pen, feels better in my hands than the all plastic stuff you get elsewhere. Inks nice, flows smooth, no problems. I did just get them so no idea how long they will last yet. Printing on them is nice and accurate. Delivery - no real deadline noted but it felt like it took longer than I expected. Not too long mind you. I did start getting a little concerned about this being a scam but the next day or so they arrived. Overall- I ordered something, and it arrived and met all conditions of the order, quality and feel better than expected, delivery a bit longer than expected but not disappointed. Only reason not 5 . I would not hesitate to order from them again read more

I have been a customer with Myrons since 2012 and I hate that I have to do this review but I will never order or refer this company again. I have referred many people and businesses but awful customer service. First off, I ordered bags with Chloe Perez on the 20th of June with promise to have them by the 13th of July. Called on today to check status of items but told that they were not sending because they were damaged, however no calls to inform me of this issue only found out because I called. Spoke with Garrison who tells me that they can alternate items almost a week later which is unacceptable. Asked to speak with supervisor with no success. This has gone on for the past 6 hours and still no resolve. I asked for refund because the event will be over. Now I am being told that I have to wait for refund if at all. My issue is that they did not wait to take money out of my account for the items. I am very upset. Never will order from Myron's again and will continue to do reviews. Terrible Customer service read more

The product we ordered was fine but then they pad the invoice with a "Tariff Surcharge" of 4.8% ! I had to search and search before I finally found "Tariff surcharge may apply" in the very tiny small print of the direct mail piece I ordered from. It is hard to imagine that they don't know the cost of their product landed on the ground in their warehouse before they send out a "Limited Time Offer" that expires in 30 days! A word to the wise - check Myron's math for undisclosed surcharges before you approve your order! read more

I placed an order on 4/9. I've called the company twice to get a status. Provided the order number I received when I made my purchase. I was advised that they could not find my name nor email anywhere in their system  and they would investigate. All the while, $55.08 was deducted from my account for the purchase. I've sent screenshots to prove this as well. I received an email yesterday that advised that after their research the pens that I order are in route to another state, to a person who's name is completely different from mine. The pens are not even the same! Mistakes happen but this is unacceptable!! I will not be ordering from this company ever again! read more

The products they have are overpriced and if any order is placed, the phone calls and SPAM is unrelenting with no way to "turn it off". Shipping rates are pure extortion. This is NOT a reputable company. Strongly recommend to avoid at all cost. I looked at returning as a customer and when I was ready to place an order, the system changed prices!! The cart makes it extremely difficult to figure out how to delete or change anything in the cart as it is only a tiny symbol! Then after finally getting it all ready, I was saved because the system failed to process and I noticed I would be charged $41 for cheapest shipping for a small order of calendars! This is more than what I could purchase them for locally at just the shipping cost! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Myron lacks in customer service when refunds are requested for product that arrives and is unusable. Ordered pens with highlighters and a good portion of the caps were off the highlighters, which leaked onto the box and dried up. I wouldn't even give them a one rating if there was a lower option. I placed a order with them on 11/18/2021. I paid the invoice on 12/6/2021 before it was due. I have sent multiple emails and talked with several different customer service representatives about this matter. They continue to say they will look into it and then I don't here anything until the next email. I have also sent proof of payment in the form of the canceled check. They continue to email me stating I did not pay for these items. Now they have turned it into a debt collector who I am now dealing with. I am waiting to here from the debt collector now. AWFUL Company! Tried to SCAM me into paying for pens. very sneaky! Do not trust! We ordered some lovely pens from them earlier this year. My very annoying Myron Account Rep called about a month after delivery with a "special" deal. He said the price could be locked in now, if we needed more pens later in the year. Fair enough, we bought plenty, but they were nice pens, Never know if i would need more. He said he would put in an order for about 200 more and he'd call me in Nov to see if i needed them and they would be moved to production but if i didnt he could cancel the order Again. good deal. I get a call in SEPTEMBER stating...."I just would like to inform you that your pens are on the production floor and will be done soon" EXCUSE ME? 1) Never called to ask if i needed them 2) Told me he'd "see what he could do about canceling the order" because it was already being processed. Told them to never call me again and i would inform all colleagues and anyone who will listen to NOT use this company. 4imprint is so much better. I will not work with this company again, which is a pity as they have what looks like a wide selection of product. I'd talked to two individuals at the company who assured me, before placing an order, that my art work would work for the USB keychain we wanted to order. I then placed an order for QTY 500. I also made sure that we could get the items within our time limit. A few days later I received a mock up from the art department. The proof looked nothing like what I'd sent in, so I called and spoke with a man named Henry. After two phone calls with him, he lets me know that my art work will not work for the piece, and that I will have to work with their department to design something else - which is why I was charged a $70-something fee. Why I couldn't just speak with the department directly, or why I was told differently a few days prior, I'll never know. I send in a second design after saying several times that I didn't want to work with the art department, I wanted what I was sending in - verbatim. It took awhile, but they understood, and a day later, presented me with what I wanted. I then called the company back to confirm that I would be getting my order on time, as we have deadlines too. They told me that because we'd changed our mind on the design, the delivery would be pushed back - right to our limit. They told me that I would have to put a rush on the order.. fine. $40. At this point, I'm not going to argue. I just needed the product. I then get an e mail after the weekend that my product is scheduled to ship out on our deadline date, not arrive. I call the company, and the girl answering refused to give me any information. Instead, I was told that I had a dedicated Sales Rep, Kim. I was transferred to her line, and left a message. She calls me back the next day and laughs off my concerns, ending the call by saying, "ttyl". How old is this person?? She tells me that my product will make it by the day I need it, and will ship out that afternoon. I call two days later to make sure, as contrary to what she'd said on the phone, Kim has not provided me with updates. I speak to yet another woman, who had no issue giving me information, who tells me that my product will definitely ship out today, and that it will make it 4 days AFTER our deadline. Needless to say, I'm pissed off. At this point, I don't know what I'm going to do on my end, and I am not confident that the latest information I've received from this company is even remotely accurate. I wish I'd read the other Yelp reviews prior to ordering. It would have saved me a headache and frustration involved with dealing with this awful company. read more

We have placed 1 order with Myron. Generally speaking, we were pleased. Until we started receiving biweekly phone calls attempting to sell us more things. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION, A order was placed on 02/1/2021 for a order of 7 function pens. When the order was placed we had requested to have certain information included on the pens. After 3 weeks and multiple attempts for proofs to approve we came to realize the organization charged the full amount of $99 and change and nothing had been done. They kept claiming that the proofs were emailed to the email on file and after numerous calls with the organization they claimed that it was a issue with GMAIL and they had NO resolution on how to fix it or any alternate resolutions. I requested to be refunded the amount and the representative mentioned that they never charged the $99 and it was a courtesy hold orgininally, it was then explained that the hold showed up as a charge.. I ordered 500 pens from this company a few weeks ago. Before I ordered them I confirmed what I wanted put on them. I talk to a representative and she said she would have them made quickly and shipped. Then she calls and tells me I need to pay over $250 for shipping for two day shipping!!!!! What a nightmare! This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism, incompetency, and miscommunication within the organization. I ordered pens and requested the expedted shipping. First it took them way too long to send me the artwork to approve. There was a mistake so I got the new artwork and I approved it again then NOTHING. Over the course of 2 weeks, I got multiple customer support telling me it's getting printed and will ship. What's the point of expedited shipping?! Then I finally requested to speak to the manager, then they told me they've been out of stock for the product but they just got it and will print and ship it overnight with expedited charge waved and give us free pens which I didn't care much for (this was confirmed with management). Another 4 days passed and still nothing. I then talked directly to manager (he claims he's NOT the manager who was contacted last time and he does not know which manager) and after I explained everything, he says, so you're getting free pens? Then on top of that, he says there's no note on my account about waving fee or shipping overcharge and all he can do is apologize for inconvenience and ship the pens out in 10 days. This is from the management!! So, then I just said I will never do business with them and canceled my order. In hindsight, I should've cancelled it much sooner. Oh well, lesson learned and moving on. read more

If I could give this company at 0 star rating I would. We ordered bags from them and the logo we had requested be printed on them was horribly printed - peeling off and at least partially damaged on majority of the bags. The replacement bags they shipped were of course also damaged and they refused to give us a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. read more

This company is a mess. I ordered pens in January, their design team always messes up logos & doesn't follow instructions. Changes take forever, zero communication. When we finally got the design finalized, we had to send our order back twice. They call me every week for money and I have to explain to them that I still hadn't received correct pens. They did nothing to make this right, their people don't take notes or check the details of what's going on with an account before they call you. I'm on the west coast so that was usually at 5 a.m. my time. They kept trying to get me to pay for pens that I didn't even have delivered yet. I finally got my order in August- 7 1/2 months later and paid for it that same week. They call me to tell me my card has declined and I said "the card is fine, run it again" Then they don't send me any confirmation. I hear nothing from them again until I get a call from collections - this is now early October. 2 months after finally receiving my order. They don't call me and try to figure out what's going on, they just send it to collections and tack on a $50 fee?! are you kidding me? I called them directly, told them "run the card again" they did and it worked... I never gave them the card numbers again, it was the same one they had on file all along. someone was probably entering the wrong number or something. I'm so glad to be done with them - I will NEVER use them again. EVER. Buyer Beware! It's not worth the time or money - use another marketing/promo service that is efficient and one you can work with ONE person to see your order through. This was completely ridiculous. 10 months for stupid PENS. And they want to work with companies? I don't see them lasting much longer at the rate they are going. Sad, because the product isn't bad it's just not even worth the hassle when you can find the same items from other sellers. Unbelievable. read more

!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! We placed an initial order of pens that took for ever to arrive but, were of ok quality and price. I was hassled by phone calls and mailers regularly after that. In an attempt to make it stop, I agreed to place an order on hold and the sales department would call me to confirm release of the order for 6 months. I further told them that the previous design would NOT be used again and restated this about 10 times. About 3 months later I received another shipment that was not authorized. Then, a couple of days after it arrived I got a call asking if I would like to make another order (Are you freaking kidding me!!). I told the person that I had just received an order that I did not authorize and would not pay for. They said they would find out what happened. All I got after that was bills, calls for payment and threats of collection. These people have very deceptive business practices and should be avoided at all costs!!!!!! If I have to fill out all the customization I might as well check around and see who's offering new customer discounts. But the chat gal said she would handle. I asked her to order the same thing as last time and I noted that the current price on the website was .25 each. She said it was .32.
