From the start, we were impressed by Nelligan's collaborative approach--Elizabeth was our main point of contact, and she had access to a knowledgeable team for support in areas like real estate law and research. Elizabeth is brilliant, strategic, and incredibly effective. She represented us in mediation and pre-LAT negotiations, ultimately securing what we felt was a satisfactory outcome. Beyond her legal expertise, her emotional intelligence stood out--she was empathetic, transparent, and always mindful of costs. We also had great experiences with Jake Ruddy and Natalie Lalonde. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Elizabeth again. Highly recommend!

She did not reply to emails and would not answer follow up questions. Went for months without hearing anything from her and then only recieved one or two word replies after I emailed her. Sadly disappointed and hope nobody else receives the poor service that I did. Would advise potential clients to look for legal help elsewhere.

I have dealt with this firm on two occasions, one for notorial services, the other time for wills…read morefor both myself and my wife. Their services are very professional. Paul McCracken did our wills and was very thorough in asking our wishes and fully explaining all items during both pre and post writing. I would also like to add that Mr. McCraken took the time to help me with questions I had with an unrelated matter over the phone. Most lawyers would have demanded I setup a time and pay an hourly fee. By answering my questions "pro bono" (assuming that's the right term), he proved to me that he cares about his clients and not just their money. I highly recommend this firm to handle your will. Please take my advice: If you don't have a will, you NEED one. My Mother used one of those "will kits" and it resulted in months of delays, questions and issues of probate being raised. Do your loved ones a favour and GET A WILL DRAWN UP BY A LAWYER!

For obvious reasons I cannot go into why we have retained this firm…read more But I do have something to say about them. They know what they are doing. And they are clear and transparent as to what needs to be done legally. They are upfront from the beginning and they do not sugar coat what is beyond their control. They "tell it like it is", without fail. The law is their world but they humanize it so it is not so confusing. QTMG also makes sure you understand that patience is necessary as they have to deal with other companies and agencies that don't always have the attributes they have. They keep on top of things and will answer anything you may need to know. And that's almost instantly. They have insights to how you should proceed, giving you viable options, and sound advice. Above that, there is something in these people that you rarely find anywhere. In any business. They do what they are supposed to, and then go the extra mile. And what you find is kindness. Yes, kindness. Where do you see that anywhere these days? They actually care. And they completely understand human emotion in the face of sometimes horrible and tragic circumstances. They realize that frequently they are dealing with people that exhibit less than normal emotions and they do it with patience and kindness. Did I say that word already? It is always a tragic situation when you need to engage this type of service; but you can feel safe and supported in their knowledge, knowing that they will do whatever they can to make sure you're ok.

When you are trying to get something in a rush this is very relieving! It's so nice to have such a friendly experience in a seemingly tiresome errand!
