I am kind of confused by the other reviews here, if you go to other review sites he has rave…read morereviews which match my experience. Both my kids have been treated by Dr Dumore. They were both fairly complicated cases and he did an amazing job. He and his staff create such a friendly atmosphere they make going to the orthodontist as fun as it can be. My daughter required jaw surgery so he referred us to an oral surgeon. I was really touched when we got to the hospital and there was a thoughtful gift basket from Dr Dumore with little things to help with the surgery (ice pack, fuzzy socks, pudding). The surgeon mentioned that Dr Dumore had been asking about her too. Clearly he is very caring and concerned about his patients.

Dr Dumore and team were very accommodating to his needs and concerns, to our schedule. They did a fantastic job of getting his teeth in place. Top notch, great team, friendly and personable. I needed sedation for my appointment, so I booked it as such. Prior to the appointment I was asked…read moreto text - yup, text, the receptionist a list of what prescribed medication I am already on. They gave me half of a little pill which didn't even touch my system. The office manager told me that one of the desk ladies had come to ask if my meds were working - that didn't happen. 45 minutes after I took their dose I went up saying "I'm not feeling anything". Then my wife comes to pick me up. Apparently they called her saying I was "all done". Not once did i speak with the doctor about the medication until my wife and I sat in the office managers cubicle while they tried to ask what they could do differently. Uhh, how about act like a professional establishment? How about we have an in-person conversation or at least a phone call about my medications. How about you tell me before hand what the sedative is so I can ask my doctor (gp) if it will be enough! I have been a patient in that building for almost 25 years and can eagerly say I'm not going back. Since Jackson, aspire dental (harstone) has turned itself into nothing more than a car wash for your mouth. I will certainly not return. Most unprofessional office manager I've ever seen. Unqualified to talk about medicine yet tried to have that conversation with me. Good riddance to you all
