After almost a year of lies and avoidance I was able to get my book back, thank God. A little work was done but it was poorly done and 80% incomplete. I will have to take it elsewhere to have it finished but I am just glad to have it back. This man has no business being in business. Very disappointing and sad to see a once successful business failing so miserably through their own mismanagement and dishonesty.

Robert and his staff at Octavia got really excited when they saw it, and they completely surpassed my expectations. Rebound it, re-attached the cover, even hand-gilded the artwork on the cover. They did an incredible job, and you can tell that they see it as an honor to restore old books. They truly love them, and that comes through. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any book restoration projects. They were faster than they quoted, and stayed on budget, too, despite the extra mile they went.

I would give Signage Solution a 0 star out of 5 but Yelp doesn't have that option. In the end, i just ended up using white-out to corrext their mistakes. Don't waste your money AND time here.

Not Recommended due to: - poor print quality (issues on…read morenumerous projects) - extremely poor customer service and response times - not willing to work through issues or compensate appropriately for the mistakes they make on print projects - rude and insulting manner in communication with customers when trying to resolve issues Background: We sent a large brochure and folder project to Times Press Ltd Printing on behalf of our client. After paying in full for the project upon pick up, we found that the initial print run had colour variations and issues that needed to be addressed. Upon viewing the articles, Times Press agreed that a no charge reprint was necessary. Our client was very disappointed that they had to wait, but happy that Times was willing to address the issues quickly. In the meantime, our client did not feel that they could use these materials as provided. There were so many variations in the colour that they felt it reflected poorly on them professionally to distribute them out to their customer base. Though Times Press Ltd agreed to a timely reprint, we did not hear back from them for a week. When we checked in, the project had not gone to press yet. Another week passed without our client having their materials. (keep in mind they paid in full on pickup). 3 weeks later, after much hounding and persistence on our part, our client finally received their materials, printed properly. However, they were now very upset and demanding compensation for the print costs, since they had to wait so long for the properly printed materials. It is now 2 months later and we are still battling with Times Press Ltd Printing regarding compensation for our client. They have personally insulted our staff members by stating that "our rep doesn't even like you", have yelled at and been abusive regarding the project "it was your fault that there were problems with the print run" (untrue as it was a problem with the inks on their press, which they admitted to at the beginning of the reprint process). We would not recommend this business to others. This project was a 'last chance' project with them as we'd experience quality issues (print colours off, bindings coming apart, laminates peeling). They assured us that due to new management and processes these issues would not occur again, and would be addressed. This was clearly not so. We will never work with Times Press again and advise anybody who is considering it against doing so.

Within 15 minutes we had agreed on how to make best impact with our logo, new format business cards, letter heads, envelopes and presentation folders. The experience was surprisingly easy and pleasant compared to the counter people at two retail stores I had already tried to deal with. Made my first presentation with the new materials 4 days later and was complimented a number of times on the sharp new look! Would recommend Times Press to anyone looking for some hands on experienced advice rather than a part timer who got "stuck" working the sales counter.
