I have dealt with several law firms both in my career and also for personal representation. Sorry…read moreto say hands down the worst representation I have ever experienced. 1) should not have taken case they were out of depth 2) lead attorney was extremely warm and friendly but completely inefficient in my case 3) special facts of the case which I consistently pointed out to attorneys were ignored... I have no fantasy that I am equipped to tell them what to do...however these points I relayed to them were agreed by them to have strategic and legal use and either thru inefficiency, lose dollar value perception by firm or whatever they were never communicated to insurance company and lied to me about having discussed 4) offer was made but insurance company and while not even close to the dollar amount necessary just to cover billings....Scott, Brett and Patricia took away my part in the decision making process by not even letting me know offer was on table. I later found out from insurance company that offer was made. I can do on and on with points of how they failed me miserably on the face of my pleas for them to step up I actually liked alll the attorneys on a personal superficial level...however they so failed me and dragged out inefficiency over a year that it forever impacted my ability to collect I have never written a review like this and it has been a year since I fired them. I just ran into someone who had similar experience and feel I have done the right thing by sharing my experience as a warning. I see in reviews that they have a favorable review ratio....maybe this is deserved and my case was not the usual way they conduct business. I don't know. I do know they objectively failed me miserably and m'ost of it was easily avoidable. There seeming claim is that clients are treated like family.... I was treated like family.... Like a distant 3rd cousin who was asking to borrow money I couldn't afford to give Thanks but no thanks Goldberg and Rosen!

Brian Breiter was my legal counsel and he did an excellent job. He explained EVERYTHING to me, he…read morehelped me with patience and he got me a settlement that I am happy with. I have never retained counsel before and was never involved in any type of litigation. When I first talked to him I was unable to walk and had just had surgery. Three holes were drilled in my kneecap so that my quad tendon could be sewed back on. Ah, such a fond memory of mine. Imagine trying to straighten your leg and it wont move... only to have your quad bunch up like a pomelo on your hip. Brian wisely suggested from the onset keep a journal of my experiences resulting from the injury. He stressed that this is not an overnight event; a marathon not a sprint if you will excuse the cliché. The case was complex with multiple defendants all of whom had different takes on my situation as to who was at fault. He was able to navigate through the different defendants like Han Solo flying the Millennium Falcon through an asteroid field! Anyhow, I can get nervous in stressful situations and Brian helped me keep my cool. He gave me good tips as to how to present myself in deposition and reiterated something that should be obvious "just tell the truth." It is clear that his chief concern is the well-being and the satisfaction of his clients. A former colleague of mine from UC Berkeley referred me to Mr. Breiter and I could tell by the lack of reservations about the recommendation that I would be in good hands. Brian's style of communication mixes professionalism with a human side that makes one feel that he knows what he is doing and will get what he requests. This made him easy to work and also imbued within me a sense of much needed confidence that helped my case. There were times during this experience where I felt that our adversaries were well aware that they were going up against a strong force. If he was Han Solo, I guess that made me Chewy. The defense made the right choice and let the Wookie win. In all seriousness, Brian Breiter fought hard for me; for this I owe him my gratitude, my respect and a healthy portion of my settlement.

Life-Changing Representation After My Motorcycle Accident…read more I can't say enough good things about attorneys David Chonin and Brian Breiter. I was riding my motorcycle on Alton Road in Miami Beach on my way to work when a Bobcat tractor suddenly turned into me, leaving me with a broken leg and a long road to recovery. It was a terrifying, painful experience but David and Brian made sure I never faced it alone. David Chonin came to the hospital to meet me personally something I'll never forget. From that first moment, I knew I was in the hands of people who genuinely cared. Throughout the entire legal process, David was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small or complex. He kept me informed, reassured, and focused when things felt overwhelming. I chose the Law Offices of Brian Breiter because they are experienced trial lawyers that are not afraid to try cases. The insurance companies know this. Brian and David worked tirelessly on my case, preparing the case for trial. On the eve of trial, they secured a settlement far beyond what I ever expected. Their dedication, legal expertise, and strategic approach made all the difference. If you're injured and don't know where to turn, I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They're not just great lawyers they're compassionate advocates who will fight for you like family. Thank you, David and Brian, for everything.

Whenever I requested to speak with Julian directly, he got in touch. Some of my questions weren't always responded to right away through text, and I had to call or follow up to get answers. Once I did, they were addressed immediately over the phone. A few answers felt more cautious or indirect than I expected, but I understand there may be professional reasons for that. After the final payment, I noticed communication felt less empathetic, though she still remained very available. Even if we didn't always connect personally, I do recognize that her level of accessibility was helpful. Ultimately, the charges against me were dropped by the State Attorney once evidence of my innocence was provided. For that outcome, I am very grateful to Julian for his legal abilities and to Marivet for her availability throughout the process.
