Annette Sanchez Law

I cannot recommend Annette Sanchez highly enough. From the very beginning, it was clear we were…read moreworking with someone truly exceptional. Both parties were absolutely certain our divorce was heading to trial--there seemed to be no common ground, just tension, frustration, and years of unresolved conflict. But Annette changed the trajectory entirely. With a calm presence, deep empathy, and unwavering professionalism, Annette guided us through one of the most difficult processes of our lives. She listened without judgment, held space for both of us, and somehow helped us see possibilities where we had only seen walls. Her ability to stay neutral yet deeply engaged was nothing short of masterful. What truly set Annette apart was her unmatched knowledge of the law. She understood every nuance of the legal process and used that expertise to ensure both parties felt protected, informed, and empowered throughout. She brought clarity to confusing issues and offered guidance that was not only legally sound but deeply humane. Because of Annette, we reached an agreement we could both live with--something we truly didn't believe was possible. She helped us avoid a lengthy, painful court battle and instead walk away with dignity and clarity. If you're facing divorce and feel like peace is out of reach, I highly recommend Annette Sanchez. She's a game changer.

Warning Based on My Experience with a Guardian ad Litem…read more I would like to share my experience with a professional who was appointed as the guardian ad litem in my child's case, in the hope that others do not make the same mistake I did. Unfortunately, this individual is far from the impartial and committed representative that a child truly needs during a legal process. Her work was shallow, lacking depth or meaningful investigation. She did not properly analyze the evidence or consider all the relevant aspects of the case. In my situation, she based her assessment almost entirely on interviews with the child's father and his relatives, while completely disregarding my request to have members of my family interviewed. According to her, that information was "irrelevant" and would only lead to unnecessary expenses--despite the fact that I paid for half of all the services she supposedly provided. This guardian did not act as a neutral voice for my child in court. Instead, she repeated the father's claims without scrutiny, showing a clear bias and undermining the integrity of her role. During her visit to the father's home, she interviewed my son in his presence, failing to offer him the privacy and safe space needed to speak openly. As a result, my son was put in an extremely uncomfortable and distressing situation, feeling pressured to accept statements that were not true. Even when she received therapy reports that documented these concerns, she showed little to no interest in the child's position or emotional well-being. In court, her testimony echoed the exact words of the father, rather than offering a balanced and factual perspective. When I suggested that she interview members of my family--just as she had done with the father's--she refused and later described my message as a "nasty email," which I found highly unprofessional and dismissive. This individual did not advocate for the child's best interest, nor did she demonstrate a fair, investigative, or ethical approach. Her role seemed limited to collecting payment and recommending therapy for everyone involved, rather than actively working to understand the dynamics of the case. She was uncommunicative, showed no initiative to investigate thoroughly, and ultimately failed to uphold the responsibilities of a guardian ad litem. It is incredibly disheartening that individuals who carry the title of "professional" can so profoundly mishandle the hopes of parents and the needs of innocent children. We seek justice and protection for our children in court, and we deserve guardians who are ethical, impartial, and truly committed to being the voice of the child. In my experience, this person was none of those things.

This is a fraudulent law group! BE WARNED!…read more if youre a ward law representative reading this, please use it to better your team and process, you have potential to actually get customers and do well. However your lack of training, agents who have not a SINGLE DAMN idea of what goes on in an accident process, need to be retrained. I have never ever spoke to a licensed attorney throughout this cursed 1 year. The accident was in 2025, but it has now been a year without a single action that is worth mentioning. It turns out if you get medical treatment at another state from where the accident took place, then your personal medical insurance has to cover the costs. we had to find that out 1 year later from the accident because the case workers barely spoke to us and can not answer a damn question correctly. The caseworkers do not even understand what goes on to be able to explain to you what goes on. I had to send them pictures of medical records myself because they cant do their job well. the hospital sent medical bills to collections because ward law couldnt even get their shit together enough to instruct us on what needs to be done and when. I had to figure this out. now credit scores are ruined due to collections. this whole process was lengthy for absolutely no reason just neglect and misinformation. the way the settlement is divided amongst those in the car during the accident all depends on an overworked caseworker without any medical knowledge having to go through incomplete records of medical EMR records and determining how severe the injuries were between each person in the car. explain to me how someone without a medical knowledge without complete medical records gets to determine severity of medical treatment? key word here is lack of understanding, lack of uniform standarized processes, lack of communication (proper & complete & accurate communication, not just yapping what comes to their mouth just form vibes).
