I tried a perfume tester some weeks ago which i fell in love with, yet forgot the name, So I went back to Myers in search of the perfume to purchase. When my partner and I walked into the perfume section, a sales assistant walked up and stood right next to us. We proceeded to walk to another isle, where she again followed and stood next to us. Feeling rather uncomfortable about this, we went to another isle, the sales lady reached across my partner to ask if i need help, upon saying no, I walk to another isle where she yet again followed.
This continued, and the sales lady just would not leave, insisting I try this perfume pr that one and butting into the conversation with my partner. After politely telling her to leave us alone and then ignoring her hoping she would get the hint, I finally found the perfume I was looking for, Yet again the sales assistant butted in saying I should try to other Chloe perfume as it had just came out. I said i found what I was after, which the sales assistant proceeded to argue with me, insisting I try the other one.
In the end I didn't end up buying the perfume from Myers, i walked straight to David Jones where I received excellent customer service, and no stalker behavior. Seriously, if you think following someone around the department is customer service, then think again. read more
