Will that never happened. These items was rented for my mom's 80th birthday celebration, the ​distance from the venue and her storage unit was on opposite sides of town so we asked if they could be picked up Friday evenings instead of Saturday morning and she did allow us to pick up late Friday evening which was a great help. At this point I'm feeling pretty good about the transaction BUT on Sunday when we returned the items I asked when we would get the $50 deposit back and she replied, give her until Monday to go over her books. But I'm thinking to myself what does you going over your books has to do with you giving me my deposit back. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I said ok, well it's now 2 weeks later and she still has not returned my $50 deposit. I have tried to call, text and requested the money via Cash app all with no reply. And I forgot to add her communication was very lacking a week before we were supposed to pick everything up. Once she finally returned my call she stated that her teenaged son had her business phone. REALLY! WHO DOES THAT!! AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION. The individual who booked our equipment was patient and wonderful at suggestions (and it WAS a little overwhelming trying to think of everything you need in order to host and cater a 75-person wedding reception); and we were lucky to be able to add a heated tent only a few days before the event. (If that hadn't happened, we would have been SCREWED! We got married November 1, and there was a freak cold snap. I can't imagine having had the wedding without that heated tent). Everything was put together just fine (and on time), same with taking it down, and there were no hidden fees. (The cost overall was extremely reasonable - the biggest expenditure was the heated tent). Also, we reported that the chocolate fountain hadn't worked and they gave us a full refund without question. Weddings are inherently stressful and ANYTHING could have gone wrong with the many items we rented from Rent-All-Plaza. If our only problem was that the chocolate fountain didn't work (the chocolate did get warm, just the fountain itself wasn't circulating), I consider us lucky. In general, Rent-All-Plaza was a huge help in minimizing the stress associated with the event and I can't recommend them highly enough!
