The company acted like they were doing me favor when they arrived outside of the requested timeframe. This meant less staff/volunteers to setup for our event. As a result, we overpaid for items we didn't need. Several items arrived damaged or unusable, including cracked glassware, stained/shrunken napkins, and worn easels. We also had to rewash more than half the glassware due to dirt. Communication was difficult due to a point-of-contact change, and overall customer service lacked the flexibility expected in the event industry. Unfortunately, we won't be returning for future events.
