My car arrived on the early side of the delivery window and I was very pleased. The driver kept in contact and acted professionally. The price was fair for including insurance and fees. I had an excellent experience moving with Cross Country Movers. The 2 guys who helped me (Vince and…read moreJulius) move were easy to communicate with, efficient workers, and very cordial when it came to payment and tipping (and they definitely deserved the tip!). They were very effective both when moving the stuff out of my old condo in UT, and in moving everything back into my new house in OH, and found ways to speed up the process without being careless, which showed they cared alot about the fact that I was paying for long distance move. They finished sooner than expected and I paid less as a result, which was a very pleasant surprise. Also, and more importantly to me, they Cross Country Movers never acted "salesy" to me, and just told me what they could do, and how they would make it a quality moving process right from the start *special thanks to Julie*. I never felt pressured to go with them, and ended up choosing them because of how confident they were in their service. I spoke to several moving companies to get the best deal, and so many of them came across like your typical "used car salesman." Cross Country Movers was just honest, fair, and a breeze to work with. I would definitely recommend CCM for your next move!

This move wasn't my first rodeo, I have actually had about 2 moves and they were both super tiring…read more I decided that since not only did I have the extra cash for movers, but throughout the years, I have purchased quite a few things that requires more than 1-2 people to handle. I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.
