I was on a tight timeline to get the repair scheduled and was not dealing with an insurance company--I know paying out of pocket sped up the timeline in a very positive way. Tracy had us bring the car in the day I phoned, had the team evaluate the work that needed to be done and gave us an estimate that was very close to the final price.
