Horrible service over the past year. So many no shows and last minute cancellations. We have them…read moreone final try for a breech in child care coverage. I reached out to therm ahead of time to confirm availability and ensure no issues. Given the assurance that there would be no issues. Then two consecutive last minute child care fails! So frustrating. To make things worse I have been waiting for nearly two months for my FULL refund. I have reached out numerous times. They held my money for over a month and now we're are here at nearly two months and I am still awaiting for the rest of my refund to be processed. I wanted to love this service and give them my business as I believe that particularly with their nanny cab option they are providing a much needed service in the Sacramento area. However they are failing horribly on delivering!!!! Such a disappointment. Honestly I am uncertain how this organization is still in business with their horrible incompetencies, deplorable business practices and a horrible lack of customer service/customer focus. Clearly the owner does not understand that the families they are hoping to serve need dependable child care, a company that says what they say they are going to do, and that these families do not have time to track or beg for their money back when this service fails to deliver at the last minute. Mind you that was just the month of March! When I tried to reach Lydia the first time it took her over an hour to get back to me and the second time she was out of town with no service but never followed up with me either. We had to look for a more reliable nanny else where. With the high application fee and extra expensives I would not recommend this agency. The first time we had a schedule conflict Lydia did credit my account $30 which was fair. But this last time I missed 5 hours of work and did not even receive an apology from Lydia.
