We just had to cancel a cruise for the 1st time using insurance on Virgin the night b4. It took almost 2 months, but we got everything back but the pre-booking "sailor loot" the insurance company doesn't have to pay that to you as a cruise line promo. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team, also purchase the insurance despite the hoops-it was ALOT of money.

At our first meeting, we talked to Karen about the places that interested us, the types of things we liked to do, and discussed our budget. Then Karen used her knowledge of the area and her extensive contacts to develop the itinerary and recommend hotels, tours and experiences for us. Karen chose a nice mix of B&B-type lodgings as well as traditional hotels. All were well located and offered excellent service and food. She also arranged transportation and a number of great excursions for us. We really appreciated Karen's suggestions and her expertise. There is no way we could have put together this kind of trip on our own, and we would have missed some amazing experiences had we tried. Plus we met so many wonderful and interesting people along the way who not only helped us out, but also were excited to share the places they lived with us. Knowing there were local people we could call if we had any problems made us confident that we would enjoy our trip to the fullest. If you want a customized and personal vacation, turn to Karen and her team at Australia 2000. They won't disappoint!

Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a teeny bit, but really, from our arrival this time in Adelaide to our departure from Sydney, most all of our needs were anticipated and met, and the tours, accommodations, and events she selected with our input were top notch. Our stay at the unique Prairie Hotel in the outback (note: amazing sunsets and stars) and our private tour of the Flinders Ranges were a revelation. Visiting the aptly named Kangaroo Island was a treat for our nature-loving selves; discovering Sydney and attending a spectacular opera performance outdoors, and visiting the excellent art museum, sated our cultural appetites. Sailing in Sydney Harbor was heaven. One can't go wrong asking Australia 2000 Travel to design your holiday!

We booked the 12-person stretch limo, and I would say it comfortably fits about 10 adults rather than 12 (there's a small 2 person seat behind the rest of the seats, so you could sit there but you're a bit isolated) Thankfully, we had exactly 10, so it wasn't an issue for us, but definitely something to keep in mind when booking. From an experience standpoint, Devin was amazing! He arrived early, was extremely professional, and helped us pull off the perfect surprise for our friend. He got us to both of our reservations on time and made the entire night so easy and enjoyable. At the end of the ride when dropping us off to dinner, he drove our friend back to her car around the corner so she didn't have to walk alone, which was incredibly thoughtful and very appreciated. Overall, we had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend Dream Limousines, and especially Devin!

With our large wedding party, plus 3 photographers and 2 videographers I was worried, but we just fit--and it worked out perfectly! The bus arrived at our hotel exactly on schedule, and it was incredibly easy to find. We were able to bring anything we needed--drinks, food, bags, and personal items--knowing the driver would stay with the bus while we had our ceremony and traveled around the city for photos. The lighting and music were fully adjustable, which made the ride such a fun and memorable part of the day. After our ceremony, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne (which was so good!) along with cups and napkins. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the moment feel extra celebratory. Our driver was absolutely incredible--professional, friendly, patient, and so helpful with anything we needed. While we were celebrating on the bus, he was working closely with our photo and video team to find the best places to park around downtown Detroit. He communicated clearly and kindly the entire day. He genuinely cared about our experience--congratulating us when we met, after our ceremony, and getting off the bus for the last time. About a week before the wedding, we received a call confirming all details and logistics, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of, everything went exactly as discussed. When we finished our final drop-off, the driver assured us he would take care of any remaining trash so we could simply enjoy our night. His kindness and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. From our first phone call with Dream Limousine, to the week-before confirmation, to our amazing driver on the wedding day, everything was exceptional. We absolutely recommend Dream Limousine to any bride, groom, or event needing reliable and friendly transportation!
