Today's review is for an online company called "My Tactical Promos". They specialize in tactical and camping gear as well as commemorative products. It's quite possible you have seen them popping up on Instagram or Facebook. After researching them, I decided to place an order and see what happened. To my surprise, my order was processed and confirmed quickly and shipped via USPS. My first order took about ten days to arrive. The products were better quality than I expected and usable right out of the box. We have since placed five orders with "My Tactical Promo". We have had only one product that went missing. I have interacted with the Customer Service Team by phone, email and text. They tracked down my missing product and it was delivered with only seven days delay. The Customer Service Team has been amazing! There was no BS, no excuses just action and follow up. I was shocked when I received a call in the evening, on Memorial Day! Biggest scam ever. They sell you the dream of 5 boxes full of items and all I got was a plastic bag with 5 small items that all together isn't worth $50. 2 of the items I placed them in the trash can because they have nothing to do with camping/outdoors/survivor and had no use for them. Initially, I ordered two of the Tactical First Aid kits and they arrived this afternoon via UPS. The price was fair and reasonable for what I received. I also took advantage of a promo for free TacKnifes. They sent them without a shipping charge. I will be able to add a knife to each First Aid Kit to be available in an emergency that I pray will never happen as I am putting one in my wife's car and one in mine. They are packaged well. The hook and loop (a.k.a. velcro) material is very strong as are the various buckles. It has been my experience that when ordering from "My Tactical Promos" they are very dependable. I ordered a mystery box. Got a tiny envelope full of trinkets. Found out they automatically put me on a subscription so I told them to cancel my subscription. Well apparently they gave my credit card number to unsubby to do the cancellation and unsubby added a subscription to their service, so I was charged every month unknowingly for over a year. I didn't notice cause it was on the 21st of the month and I never checked my card. No one told me. No one emailed me. All I was told by MTP was my subscription was cancelled. So I contact unsubby they say well we understand none told you and understand you were not informed but we are keeping the money we stole from you . See email from unsubby. MTP is a horrible company, but I got 5 worthless pieces of plastic. I know what a mystery box is. I buy them at comic con. An overstocked hat, a flag, a shirt, and a few cheap things. Huge rip off, they had a special for the first shirt for just .99 cents shipping. There is a page that opens to an offer of 5 more shirts today for the same low price. I couldn't view the shirts or confirm since I only paid .99 cents shipping, if that was the same great price you're telling me, I'll get 5 more shirts for 99 cents. No, I didn't think so, that's why I hit the back button, but the SOB's charged me $49.95 anyway. I emailed them and explained it all. Out of nowhere my credit card had a $37 charge. Fortunately, the credit card company (BofA) called and asked if I authorized the purchase BEFORE they honored it as they thought it might be a scam. Apparently, they have had issues with this vendor. I declined but a few days later I received a Trump T-Shirt. I sent e-mails and chat note to cancel all subscriptions associated with my e-mail address. NOW the B*I*G problem. Since I declined, my old credit card is cancelled, and I have to get a replacement credit card. I received the shirt that they charged me fifteen dollars for but never received the shirt that they charged we five dollars for. When I emailed them about that, they told me that my shirt were delivered. Here's the tracking number. Email them day after day with no response and never receive the shirt. That I originally ordered. If you do do business with him, just order one thing out of time.
