I needed help and I needed it badly. I was in a spot and I needed a uniform for a work conference…read more I went a couple of places and just for a ball cap and a polo shirtwith the company name and logo embroidered on it I was quoted outrageous prices that I just ultimately could not afford and I didn't know what to do I was panicking and that's when I found AAA spectrum embroidery. I got a hold of Ruth she took my phone call I explained my situation to her and then I said this ,I said I need it by tomorrow before three because I have this conference to attend at six and she said oh no that's way too soon. At first I was just so very excited because she quoted me just such a good price and I was like all right let's do this and then I threw the timeframe and she shot me down you know and my emotions started to sink again,so I said I understand thank you so much for your time maybe next time goodbye. She calls me back and she says you know what I talked to my technician he's my husband Gary. She continues to say, bring me the clothes first thing in the morning we will have it done for you in plenty of time for you to get ready for yourself and to get to your conference and I was just overjoyed and so relieved I said I will see you at 8:30 AM sharp and I showed up at 8:30 AM they were there their crew was working in the shop I greeted them and handed them my stuff and I went on with my workday it took them a little longer than they thought and I didn't blame them but when I got there she hands me my ball It looks amazing, she hands me my polo shirt it's awesome i had also brought a jacket in and I could we maybe do this jacket with the name and logo just like the shirt she's like sure we could do that for you too no problem she hands me the jacket and it looks it's awesome and she turns it around and showed me the back and she added the company symbol you know right below the collar centered in the back there and it was just awesome you know because when I gave it to her and it had an eyelet it in that covered the eyelet punch and they covered it with the logo and it looks so cool with the silver thread or stitching or whatever it is that you call that. I was just so overjoyed and thankful and this is a great crew Ruth & Gary ,all the ladies they had working with them it just seems like this is it this is a shipshape ,tiptop shop y'all get over there if you got things you need done they'll take Care of you for sure. thank you guys so much I appreciate what you did it made my conference perfect and it wouldn't of been that way without you again thank you so much I'm so thankful to have met you and I will be seeing you again. What a waste of time. We were quoted almost double the cost…read moreof most screen printers we have used before, but after a quick revision the price was dropped. (Not a bad thing but does that mean service will be lacking?) Then we were told our order would take 2-3 weeks! They were busy with other orders much larger than ours so I guess, we as a new client, were not very appreciated. That seemed long too, but ok, we are new to them. There was a physical mock up that they wanted to put together and we were told to come by any time (on a weekend) to come see what it would look like. Well we get there and they left early for the day. "So sorry...." Was what we heard, but they were nice enough to send us it by carrier two days later. Well once we got it.....it was the wrong mock up, "so sorry for the confusion, ok let's make sure we get it right" is what they now tell us. When asked for a revision and we were told in an email that there would be a charge for that? When we questioned that they said they can't help us. What a waste of time!
