On January 4, 2026, We purchased the most expensive party bus rental for an event on February 20th, for $1158, with supposedly BOGO. When attempting to book an April date event, it was not available and had prematurely expired October 25-Feb 28th. WHY an expiration date so far back to OCT????? I BOOKED JAN 2026!! So I had 24 days to use the BOGO????? And 8 days from the event???? And furthermore, ON OUR EVENT DATE on February 20th, the chauffeur DID NOT ARRIVE at the scheduled pickup spot. He read our past event from last year and not the CURRENT communication. Even though my husband CONFIRMED the day prior!!! He was over 30 minutes past pickup, which had a domino effect on the "assigned time itinerary". I did not call & complain. But Tom, to not make a 30day exception and insure a satisfied customer, a repeated customer, is VERY disappointing. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!

Once you experience this party bus on wheels you will never want to hire an imitation party bus ever again. We recently decided to celebrate my birthday in Cincinnati on one of the busiest Halloween weekends. How do get 28 of your friends to celebrate your birthday in Cincinnati while having fun and not worry about getting pulled over. That's when we decided to contact Wright Party Bus & Limousine. Our event was from 7:00PM - 1:00 AM. The service was absolutely professional and friendly. From the initial phone call to reserving the date of the bus event to the actually date of the event. The ease of payment was simple and affordable. On the date of the event the driver named Bill arrived 10 minutes early. He helped us load the bus with snacks and adult beverages. This party bus allows you to brings snacks and drinks. Bill picked us up in Springboro and drove 25 of us Cincinnati. The driver drove us to three different locations in Cincinnati. At each location once we were ready to leave then we would just simply message the driver Bill and he would pull up to pick us up from location 1,2,and 3 in less than 5 minutes. Super efficient and attentive. The service and the driver Bill was absolutely outstanding and ensured our safety to and from each locations and throughout the transportation from Dayton to Cincinnati and back. On the way home we even had friends sleep soundly on the bus. We did not once feel that we were on a party bus since the driving skills of Bill was impeccable as if were not even moving. The ambiance and the interior of the bus was amazing. The interior of the bus would be best described as night club on wheels. The interior was decorated with amazing neon lights. The seating areas were all black leather interiors and super comfortable. There were two medium size coolers integrated on each side of the seating areas. Super convenient and easy to grab beverages with ease. The interior of the bus was super clean and very nicely decorated. It was as if we were the first passengers to experience this party bus for the first. If you have a smartphone you were able to play music from your music list via WiFi connection to the speakers of the bus. Everyone on the bus had so many good laughs and enjoyed such a memorable evening out without having to worry about driving and parking in downtown Cincinnati. I had a such a great time and hope to use them again for another party. Hiring a drive or a party bus is way cheaper than receiving a DUI. Do not hesitate and book your event with Wright Party Bus & limousine. I would absolutely and soundly recommend Wright Party Bus & Limousine because of their professionalism, friendliness, and competence to safely drive 28 people safely throughout the evening. Last evening, after storms on the east coast led to many flight cancellations and delays, my flight was delayed several hours and destination switched from Cincinnati to Dayton. I had an important family event this morning, so when it became clear I might make it in but likely after car rentals would close, I made several calls and found that other driving companies were not able to help get me from DAY to my hometown an hour away -- but Crown quickly went out of their way to help me, arranged an excellent driver, graciously waited much extra time for my flight arrival, and got me where I need to be for an important day. I thank them, and if you need driving or coach service in the TriState, these gentlemen are excellent at what they do. Very impressive in all aspects. I believe you will enjoy using them with great confidence.
