Lori's Make Rover Over had posative reviews which helped me make my final decision. I called to make an appointment and Lori was very nice over the phone. Lori has converted an enclosed garage in the back of her home into a pet grooming shop. I walked in and it was clean and no smell of any type of animal. I was greeted by Lori and her daughter who works side by side with her mom. Awesome family business. I explained to her exactly what I wanted and chatted with her for a minute before I left. I knew Chico was in good caring hands. Chico is not just a pet to me.. he is family. I recieved a call when Chico was ready for pick up. When I walked in to pick up Chico he was happy and looking great. I am very pleased with the service that was provided and have already made Chico's next appointment.
