A similar texture to an Eegee's if you will, only better. Cindy's offers a variety of delicious flavors. My favorites are lemon and mango. Their flavors are anything BUT artificial which makes them so tasty. My only complaint would be the inconsistency with the hours. I can't tell you how many times I have stopped by during regular business hours and it's closed which is very disappointing. But I can say that the Icee's at Cindy's are amazing, the prices are affordable and both Cindy and Gloria are always so friendly and happy to serve their customers. Great cool-down treat for the many hot days in AZ.
