Definitely disappointing…read more They are definitely short staffed when I visited. The staff was in a hurry so did not do the full hour, and I believe she charged me for the wrong service (the more expensive one than the actual one I received). I felt bad for the staff and it wasn't worth it to argue. I let it go and paid with a reasonable tip (I understand they don't make much and do count on the tips a lot) but will never return again.

Cloud9 is tucked away behind a larger strip center off of highway 6. Upon entrance, you're greeted…read moreby the front desk and a small sitting area with 3 sofas. My friend and I came here on a Friday with booked appointments. The front desk lady wasn't the nicest - she had an attitude with one of the masseuse and was quite rude to her so that was off putting before we even started our treatments. Shortly after sitting down, I was brought in for my massage. I opted for the deep tissue and it was pretty good! I've had a couple of better massages in the Sugar Land area but I could tell my masseuse worked really hard to give me a good massage and adjust to my needs. For the first half of the massage; there was no music but that was turned on halfway through. I will say that it's pretty crazy to charge $10 extra for aromatic oils, on top for the $75 hour long massage. My friend really enjoyed her facial, so I'll likely try that next time. Overall, given the rudeness of the front desk, even with a good massage I'm not sure I would be back,
