Richmond Road Laundromat offers self-service machines as well as an in-house service and to be honest the cost isn't that different. Sometimes I'll wash items at home and just take them here to be dried. Linen, sheets, towels etc - knowing they can be dry and folded in under an hour makes me do a little dance on the inside. It's the small things, ya know! The service is friendly and polite, and it doesn't break the bank.

Machines are easy to navigate, and washers stay locked until the end of the cycle. Those that accept credit card payment are clearly marked and we were able to figure out the credit card keypad the first attempt. Soap is available two doors down; if you can't find the $5NZ small box of powder, the folks at the register there will help you locate it.
