I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, especially nurse practitioner, Karen McEuen. She is friendly and warm, and is quite adept at not only pinpointing the causes of problems, but effective remedies, as well. She does not waste a moment's time to set in motion and coordinate a treatment process, especially when the situation is urgent. The clinic staff responds quickly to phone calls and other requests. My experience with this clinic has been top-notch, and I highly recommend them.

The process to receive a call back from the referral office was a circus. I was a new patient, they…read moresent me a link and set up zoom meeting. I was instructed by to fill out a new patient packet, in the link. I text the link back and said I was unable to locate the packet, I received another text with the same instruction. The same information for the same problem was not the answer. The day of the zoom a call from a caller from the office, was upset that they had no packet nor copies of insurance or license, I was told I cannot be seen and the wait and day I took off are in vein. I ask to speak to the callers supervisor. A medical assist then talked to me, and attempted to explain that it's not the office fault nor problem. I asked to speak to her supervisor and of course only medical assistant's are running the office of that size today as "Ruby" the clinical boss is at a seminar. Overall they are not helpful, rude and very condescending and passive aggressive.
