I've been deaf for 9 years. So, being excited I contacted my hearing doctor. I had a hearing test. BOOM ! I'm still deaf. No usable hearing in my bad ear. This not only hurt because I thought I was getting my hearing back only to find out this company will lie to get you to buy hearing aids. How horrible to prey on people who can't hear and promises them they can help. I was so distraught for days. Why would anyone do that to someone with a impairment. By the way they refused to give me a copy of my hearing test!! I do not recommend this place.

I've had so many I just didn't want one more. My medical needs experiences in Oregon have not been so good. With the exception of one doctor in Portland. Dr. Funk explained things to me in a way that I understood every aspect of the surgery to come. When the day came I was 100% confident in his abilities and it was nice to have that level of peace and calm. It's notable to mention that his staff was always 100% just as competent and kind as he, and through each interaction on the phone and in-person I was left feeling all my questions had been answered thoroughly. I would refer him to just about anyone with an Ear Nose or Throat problem that they want to be fixed right, the first time.
