When Jim arrived, I explained what was happening (of course the door opener was working fine when he came) and my husband explained further what he had been doing to try assessing the issue. After taking our information into account, he set to work making necessary adjustments to fix the issue and then giving everything a good once-over just to be thorough. I'm considering ordering new doors for both garages also along with another opener for second garage door. Michael's wife came along to assist which I thought was pretty awesome. Original garage doors were put in by a retired fella named Paul who trained Michael many years earlier. Old school, fair, honest and responsive is how I'd describe Michael. Was a great experience overall. I went with model I felt comfortable with although Michael had another alternative that was about $100.00 more that was a bit quieter with a belt he said. Personally, the one I have now I do not consider to be loud at all and am pleased with the new opener. Michael helped me re-program outside pad to get into garage which I thought was great. I will use again. Prices on openers are going up so I'd move fast if you need one now because he has a few left in inventory he said.
