He was super nice and explained things well. In a non-pushy way, he pointed out some potential problem areas for our 20-year-old garage door. My wife and I talked it over and decided we'd rather replace the door than put the money into repairing such an old thing. That same week, Thomas came back to put in the new door. Overall, the experience was great. He's really friendly, professional and good at explaining what he's doing and what's going on. When Jim arrived, I explained what was happening (of course the door opener was working fine when he came) and my husband explained further what he had been doing to try assessing the issue. After taking our information into account, he set to work making necessary adjustments to fix the issue and then giving everything a good once-over just to be thorough. Jim explained everything that he saw, what adjustments were made, and showed me how to realign the sensors if needed. A+ for friendly service.
