If you do your open water training with them, you can pay $10 for usage of the pool including rental equipment. If you are certified, but want to improve your skills, it will be $20 including rental equipment. The refresher took 1.5 hours, and my instructor was amazing! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Scuba 2000 also organizes dive abroad trips. Overall, I had a very positive experience with them.

He did not have the one he recommended for me in stock so told me he will order it. At no time did he ask for a deposit or money but I decided i would pay there because it would be my mom picking it up. On Dec 26/2017 I called to Jody and asked if I could cancel the order as I had found out it did not have lifetime repair parts like others that were just as good if not better. I told Jody I would pay the restocking fee as i am a business owner and understand this is charged to me if I return items and I would purchase the camera in its place so he would not have to refund my money. He told me NO YOU ORDERED IT, YOU PAID FOR IT AND I DONT DO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS AND THE DISTRIBUTOR DOES NOT TAKE THEM BACK. Hmm now this I found hard to believe.
