Went in to get a crown replacement gave me a bright yellow temporary tooth that was to small , had to wait three weeks for the permanent tooth which then came in was still yellow and now way to big . Their fix for the issue was to shave my real tooth below the fake one down and when asked why they never asked me to do it they said they can fix it . . I don't not recommend this dentist read more

I am only giving this a one start to write a review. This place is really unprofessional. I had to call to follow try to schedule my sons oral surgery 4-5 times. The day of his appointment they called him back and an hour later they tell me the doctor is barely on his way! Are you kidding me?!! They let me know an hour later?! When I asked why they were barely telling me an hour later the older woman at the front desk tells me the doctor just let them know. She had an attitude. So again, I asked why they hadn't told me he was running late so I could decide what I wanted to do? She was frustrated with me and kept saying "he didn't know, he just called to tell us", and I responded, that she knew he was running very late and should have told me. They were quick to take my payment but did not mention how late he was running, and the older woman in the front lied and said I was informed when I walked in. I was not. Next thing I know 2-3 dental assistants come to the front, and it seemed as if they were understanding as to why I was upset. There were three other people that were waiting and when they heard me asking questions, they got up and left because they also had not been informed that the doctor was running late. They are taking precautionary measure for COVID and ask that you wash your hands when you enter the building; which I think is a great idea for all businesses. The wait time is ridiculous I was scheduled at 1030 and arrived early on top of that it was over an hour wait and the previous time I came I waited over half an hour just so they can tell me they didnt accept my Aetna HMO insurance just PPO which I had. This place is a joke I wish I would have checked the reviews before booking my appointment. I had a toothache and first of all I waited in the lobby for over an hour before even getting X-rays then they sent me home without doing anything at all to help me. Worst place ever. This is a WARNING stay AWAY!!!! I went in for a regular check up. It turned out I needed to get my old filling replaced. They replaced it and that's when all of the problems started. On my way home I started to get a sharp pain shooting from the tooth that they worked in to my eye. I wasn't able to eat or talk with out my tooth hurting. After i went back the doctor stated that the filling needed adjustment. After he adjusted it I told him that it still hurt. He decided to replace the filling with a temp filling until the swelling went down. During the process I was in so much pain. He stated I must have fractured my tooth.... MOFO... how and when could I have fractured my tooth if I wasn't in pain until YOU touched it!? Anyways .... I am still in pain. Never going back. Yup I wish them the worst of luck. Hope they go out of business and lose their license. read more

I am so afraid of the Dentist, i always wait till the pain is to severe to even think about walking into a dentist office. But here, Dr. May, is really wonderful., she pulled out my top teeth so that i can have top dentures placed in, and she did a wonderful job, i did not feel not one needle shot, and she gave me plenty, but she is very professional at what she does, i really enjoyed being there doing the work much needed. I woke up today, with no pain, which is pretty surprising. Thank you Dr. May, for such a great job so far on my teeth. Can't wait till i go back in for my fitting, and receive my new dentures. This place may not be in the best place in the world, but you go do My Dentist in San Bernardino and they are the nicest people. I went there because I had been without a filling for 3 months and my tooth was killing me. They cleaned it up and offered me many options. They didn't push me to do anything or try to make me finance my teeth like other places. They made me offers to fix it or pull it. They were very patient and let me sit there to deside what I wanted to do. I even asked them for a mirror to see what I would look like if I had the tooth pulled. Well I decided to go with an emergency fill, until I could afford to to get my tooth fixed. That emergency fill lasted me 4 months. I went back when I got my insurance from work, they worked with me on getting my root canal and crown put in. It was very inexpensive. I had gotten a quote from another place and they were going to do the work on my tooth for $1000 with insurance. My Dentist was going to do the work for less than that without insurance. All I can say is, My Dentist is one of the greatest places I have ever been too. I have recommended many of my friends there and so far they have yet to let me down on the reputation. I am going to have them do more work on my teeth, just waiting for the allowance to rebuild on my insurance. Keep in mind, this place is not some fancy place like all those Dentist Networks that overcharge there work so they can pay the rent and there over priced cars. This Dentist is very friendly and isn't there to take your money, they help you out. I have a friend that needed the same thing done and she was able to make payment arrangements with them as the work was being done. It was tough on her, but she lives with no pain now. I too live with no pain in my mouth either. I have never had a tooth ache in my life until that filling came out and man, it feels like you are going to die. They made it feel all better. I can't show my gratitude for their help anymore than my insurance could pay, because that is what I can afford. The office manager, she doesn't even push anyting on you. When my insurance allowance ran out, she just told me, we will continue to work on your teeth when your allowance replaces. I couldn't believe it. My first encounter was because of an emergency need for an oral surgeon, and no one else was helping and I do not trust dentists they do not explain anything etc. Katherine saw me, and so incredibly took care of the issue with such skill and confidence, it affected me deeply because of the work I do, the future of my singing and teaching, I cannot tell you how much this meant. She also unlike a few other places looked for what could be done to improve things without increasing expense to me, in fact did things to help me have confidence in some front teeth and removed about $6,000.00 worth of work that another dental place said was necessary. I do need to start by saying Dr.Patel is super gental. I also thought the staff was nice at first but my husband felt the office manager was pushy and he did have a point. We are hard working people and need to budget are money so unfortunately we have to pick and choose where we use our insurance allowance. This is where my problem is with my Dentist and I don't know for sure if the Dr.is aware or not but I do know the office manager knows exactly what she's doing and that's taking our money and being dishonest to the insurance company. I went in for the first time this year for my check up had xray and cleaning which I was out and on my way home in 45 min which also included a little waiting before being called back. To my surprise my insurance was billed for Deep cleaning over $800.00 and said I was there on 7/1 and 7/6 . When I called to question this she was rude and put it back on me said it was done all at once because I don't like to come in. Now what I don't like is to be billed for services I did not get ! then treated like that by someone whose being dishonest. I have been going to my dentist since I was a teenager! my parent went there I go there now my kids do as well. My son has had 2 baby root canals( he's 5) in which I dreaded (yeah he eats a lot candy what kid doesn't) anyways Dr. Patel and his staff were really patient, was able to get it done without putting him under......The office manager has always been awesome! she knows her bus is flexible with ins and payments. With my crazy work schedule and 3 boys its extremely hard making it to all our appointments and they are more then happy to accommodate us! Dr Patel has Such a light hand and gentle his staff is really nice especially to my nervous kids! I tell all my friends about my dentist the only place we go for our teeth! read more

Omg worst place ever. Took my dad there. First of there were bums sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the office. Got asked for money 3 times from beggars. The ladies in the office were rude. My dad is handicapped and they didn't even help with the door while I was trying to get him in. They didn't have his info. Refused to call his pos dentist that referred him to get the insurance info. This place is a joke first time I went before they moved they saw me right away second time I was on time and waited over and hr then once I was able to get a chair I waited another 45 min then after that I miss my appt but when the receptionist called me To reschedule I ask her if she had same-day appointments available she said yes so what happen I did call at 4 o'clock I got there at 3:45 PM and I waited over an hour again once I got to the back and got a chair and employee told me or I'll explain it to her that how much more of the weight because I had to go home and get ready for work she said let me find out let me ask the doctor she never showed up five minutes and she never showed up so I decided to takeoff The clip in the paper that they put it on you and I left and I told the receptionist you know what I'll come back whenever or whenever I can I can wait and then she makes that face like she was upset because I was leaving or like she was pissed because I left pretty much I don't recommend this if you have an appointment I'll make an appointment I at least expect to be taken in right away or at least 15 minutes because if the patient it's late they get upset but if they can be late and I don't think that's fair so therefore I do not recommend this place there's other better ones read more

Dr. Patel has been treating me for over a decade now and he is a great dentist, always looking for the best possible solution and executing it with the most expertise. The staff is wonderful and they always seem to make the process go smoothly. Zero stars. Rude, uncooperative, poorly trained staff. Extremely overpriced. Not a clean office: contracted infection from dental work done there. Five visits for same tooth and still not right. Most procedures done by girls, not dentist. First visit: girl put in "Dentemp" filling available at any drugstore. They charged full visit price, sent me home. Second visit: Dentist talked with assistant while working on my tooth, not even looking at what he was doing. Tooth got badly infected. Third visit: Had to re-do what was done on second visit. Started work before anesthetic took effect. Fourth visit: Girl put on badly fitting temporary with too much "cement." Fifth visit: They almost pulled out the tooth next to the bad one trying to get out temporary that was stuck--with no anesthetic. Girl cut my gums and lip. Dentist did not check tooth afterward. Appointment time changed by their office last minute. No one at front desk when I left. No patients in waiting area either. Now I know why! read more
