Drop off was easy, the process was easy, and they even helped me bring it from the car. Came back and everything was perfectly folded into bags separated by family member. Everything was clean and everything smelled fresh. I've been doing my own laundry since I was 10 and I could only wish these guys were closer. I would use them every week. The inside lining of the coat is a bright orange and the outside is a military green canvas. The lining was browned and so dark around the neck it was gross. I hadn't worn it for a while and decided to take it here. It's amazing at how clean they got this thing. My god. The inside looks new again. I'm so happy to have my nice winter jacket back!
