At the Xenotes Tour, you get to enjoy four cenotes plus different activites at each: Ziplining, Snorkeling, Rappeling, Kayaking, Inner Tubes, and Cliff Jumping. There's also a photographer that is with us throughout the whole time capturing pictures of everyone in our group. They also provided two meals, the first one was pastries and beverages (water, soda, hot chocolate, and coffee) and the last one was a full on buffet spread (salad, cheese, meats, bread, water, soda and beer). Our tour guide, Manny was amazing and he made the trip very memorable. He was very helpful with my mother in law and my little son. He guided the group from beginning to end and made the trip to all four cenotes a breeze. We all had a fantastic time and we even purchased the pictures at the end. Aside from the photographer, I recommend bringing a water case for your phone and a GoPro! We got so many amazing videos with my husband's GoPro. I cannot express how fun this excursion was and would definately do it again. Tips: Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing on the bus and for after. Towels are provided. Bring cash to tip your tour guide for an amazing time. The cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle so cell phone service is not available.

Also a great playlist for a very long drive... which would be my only thing - it's a good hour and change drive but if you're okay with that - then def a highlight of a day. ** Unforgettable Private Tour - Adrian Is the Best!**…read more My wife and I booked the private tour to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam, and it was the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Adrian, was outstanding: knowledgeable, passionate, and clearly proud to share the real history and culture of the Maya people. He brought both sites to life in a way no guidebook could, and we never felt rushed. Climbing Ek Balam and standing in front of El Castillo with someone who truly knows the story behind every stone was incredible. We were so impressed that we booked a second tour with him the very next day to see the Tulum ruins before our afternoon flight. He planned it perfectly, so we got a full experience and still made it to the airport with no stress. Professional, personable, flexible, and genuinely kind. It was worth every penny. Whenever we're back in Mexico, we'll book with Adrian and Living Dreams Mexico again and again. Highly recommend! -- Kevin & Sureni

She took photos for us and send a link so we didn't have to worry about getting our phones wet. She took us to local food and private cenote places that were incredible and we never would have found on our own. She is incredibly kind. Speaks fluent English and Spanish. She assisted with us shopping and other things we needed besides the tour. I would love to use her the next time we come back again.

**A Day of Sun and Discovery: Chichen Itza Adventure, local lunch buffet, and cenote visit**…read more I recently had the opportunity to visit the ancient Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Despite the scorching heat, our group had an absolute blast exploring this incredible site. **The Weather: A Sizzling Challenge** Let's get the obvious out of the way - it was HOT. Like, "I-can't-even-wear-my-sunglasses-because-their-frames-are-melting" hot. The sun beats down relentlessly, making every step feel like a marathon. But, as they say, "no pain, no gain" - and we were determined to make the most of our day. **The Ruins: A Treasure Trove of History** As we ventured deeper into the site, our eyes widened in awe at the sheer scale and grandeur of the ancient structures. The Pyramid of Kukulkan (El Castillo) stole the show, its intricate carvings and stairways a testament to the ingenuity of the Mayans. The Temple of Warriors, with its 9 pillars, was another highlight - each one adorned with symbolic carvings that told stories of battles and mythological creatures. **Cenote** We were also lucky enough to visit a local cenote and were thoroughly impressed. Despite the short visit, the experience was refreshing and rejuvenating. (about an hour 1/2 or so) The water was crystal clear and a perfect temperature - a welcome respite from the hot Cancun sun. The calm and peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and relax. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to cool off or experience the natural beauty of Cancun, I highly recommend checking out one of these local cenotes. Don't expect to spend hours exploring, but do expect to leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. **Tips and Takeaways** * Bring sunscreen. Like, a lot of sunscreen. * Bring a canteen filled with Ice and water * Wear comfortable shoes - you'll be doing a lot of walking. * Take breaks in shaded areas or under umbrellas to avoid heat exhaustion. * Don't miss the acoustics demonstration at El Castillo - it's an impressive display! * Be prepared for crowds and long lines during peak season. * Consider booking a guided tour to get a deeper understanding of the site's history and significance. Thank you NOE and team!

This included: cruise to snorkel area, snorkel equipment, 20 min of snorkeling, cruise to the island mujeres, golf cart rental on the island for a hour or so, and cruise back to the dock WITH lunch and unlimited booze. The lunch was great and they give you decent portion sizes with appetizers. There was great music, wonderful entertaining staff, and fun guests on board. The snorkeling part is very average and the reef area they show has pretty much all died unfortunately. If you've never ever snorkeled before I guess it's okayish. There's also a fun water slide and diving board. The total tour is about 7 hours from start to finish. I originally found this activity on TripAdvisor and it had great reviews. Here's the weird part - on TA it says "a tour of the ruins is included". It never happened. I'm not sure if they advertised wrong on there or what but we were kinda bummed about missing that. Overall great activity and I will definitely be back next time we're in the area. TIP: there's an additional $14 USD "port fee" that has to be paid CASH ONLY when you check in. This is great for all ages and group sizes. They make you take everything off the boat when you leave to tour the island so bring a small bag or back pack. Dry change of clothes was nice to have too.

But the drinks weren't quite as good as before. But, As always, the ceveche was wonderful... I'd love to buy a couple liters para llevar. The crew & chefs were fabulous. Again we skipped the snorkeling but that is kind is a zoo and a lot of work.. Plus, we'd already entered the party mode. The only negative is they use CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP liquor. What they call "tequila" isn't. No nom number.. The bottle called it "Licor Dr Agave"... 28% alcohol.. Which could be anything. No telling what the run and vodka were.. Maybe something else that they brewed up in their basement. This was our third trip.. We hope the beverages improve for our next trip.

He was informative and was able to make our drive interesting with the history of the area, while we made our way to the cenotes. Enrique, our driver, was with the van while we had our adventures. We were provided with everything we needed, except for the towels, and they have some fun wicking towels for sale if you need them or want a cool souvenir. This is the best way to experience the area, hands down.

As one of our group who can't swim, I was very grateful for that! I was able to participate to my comfort level. Water was provided in the van and the lunch at Juanita restaurant was light, but satisfying and delicious after all the activity. Extra info: Life jackets are required and provided, but if you don't fit a standard size XL life jacket you may want to bring your own. There's not a ton of walking but you will be on a lot of uneven natural surfaces. I recommend swim shoes with grip as the bottom of the cenotes is very rocky, and flip flops are easy to lose balance on on the stairs.

Our group comprised of three families with adults, teens, and young children. It was all of our first times traveling to Cancun so I wanted to find a private tour for my large group. Booking with them through their website was easy and they were very quick to communicate via email. Leading up to the tour, we had some travel delays, but after updating Rod and their team of our situation, they were very accommodating. Kat was our guide and Pepe was our driver. Kat was informative during our guided walk of Chichen Itza and also accommodating of our last minute concerns and needs. Pepe was a great driver and got us to our destinations swiftly and safely. Marveling at the ruins at Chichen Itza and learning more about the history of Mayan culture and the way life might have been like at the time was very interesting. Kat took photos during our entire tour and later shared them via Google. A plus for our group as we LOVE photos. On our way to Cenote Samaal, we requested a stop for some fresh coconut water. They were quick to find a vendor on the side of the road. Pepe also got out and helped cut the coconuts for the 12 of us. Very impressed with his initiative and helpfulness. The coconuts were so refreshing after walking around in the sun at Chichen Itza! Admission, locker access, life jackets, and lunch were provided for us at Cenote Samaal. Everyone in our group enjoyed swimming in the cenote. The lunch buffet was a favorite among the adults in our group as we got to get a taste of Yucatan cuisine. There was something for everyone on this tour and I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to Cancun and wanting to get more than just a tour of Chichen Itza, but an experience of what the Yucatan area has to offer. We will definitely be touring with them again when we're back for our next Cancun adventure!

Both were quite close to Playa Del Carmen/ Playacar so the longest drive was around thirty minutes. I got some great photos and at the end of the trip we were sent a Google Drive of the photos that Limbert had taken.
