The overall experience with ordering a line jacket to getting it delivered was absolutely…read moreflawless!!! It was easy to order on their website with their drop-down menus and their custom image/reference image submissions. I had put together a rough draft of the back design that I wanted for my line jacket and their artist at their establishment did a fantastic job cleaning up the draft and making the overall design 10x better than what I could've imagined. The details from the final design draft showed a lot of depth and texture that made the design on the line jacket pop with the whole design being fully embroidered. The communication that I have between the establishment was super helpful and were communicative with their updates. By the time I got notified that my jacket was shipped, it came in with this cute packaging and overall the jacket was pristine and clean! I plan on ordering more jackets in the future when I pick up more littles, but I can confidently say that the quality of their work really shows in their jacket creations!!!

I picked up my documents and they even told me where to go...... for lunch! But that's going to be another review.
