After they left, I spent at least 2 more hours re-doing stuff that they missed and lacked detail. The kitchen didn't have the stove cleaned- there's oven cleaner that takes off that buildup. The outside of the dishwasher or outside of refrigerator wasn't wiped at all. The granite in the butler's pantry not even touched for a wipe down. The sink not cleaned at all. The floor was not mopped adequately- even though I provided a Hoover wet vac cleaner- she chose not to use it because it would take too much time but instead used a dirty mop that just moved the dirt around. Super disappointed that there was no pride in doing good work. Nothing was put back in its original spot. Even the cleaner was shoved back in the closet with cord unraveled and pushed against my coats. I would love to find someone that does a great job that I can hire for a regular service that I don't have to be on-site for - let me know if you have any recommendations.

By the time they came to clean, I had already completely moved out, so the house was empty with no furniture. I specifically asked them to focus on the floors, walls, and cabinets, and they agreed. On the day of the cleaning, they also reached out to ask if I wanted the windows and refrigerator cleaned for an additional fee. I appreciated them asking and agreed to the extra services. Unfortunately, when my realtor and I went to inspect the house afterward, it was obvious that the cleaning had not been done properly. The floors still looked dirty, and the only noticeably clean areas were the spots where rugs had previously been. Aside from taking out the trash, I couldn't see much evidence that the house had actually been cleaned. I lived in that home for 10 years, so I know exactly what it looked like before I moved out. When I contacted them about my concerns, instead of acknowledging the issues, they started making excuses. They claimed the house already smelled and even said there were eggs on the floor. I found that especially strange because no one in my family eats eggs due to my severe egg allergy. They also said my cabinets were already deteriorating, which made even less sense since they had been replaced just two years ago. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto me rather than take responsibility for the quality of their work. They did offer to come back and clean again, but by that point I had already lost confidence in their service and had hired another cleaning company instead. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Favi Cleaning Services. While they were responsive and reasonably priced, the quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations, and I was disappointed by how my concerns were handled. If you're looking for a company that pays attention to detail and stands behind their work, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I have to say, they were very impressive. The unit was cleaner than the condition when I received my key from the leasing office.
